I doubt it, looking at the previews she plays an important role in it.

I'm guessing more of an edit of that Miki is no longer in Morning Musume, they were probably going to have a Yoshizawa graduation special thing in it, and show Miki as the new leader.

They probably can't edit her completely out of it (assuming that THAT is what they're trying to do). From the preview vids, it looks like she has a central role in the "scavenger hunt"-type activity. At the worst, they'll probably just try and minimize the amount of footage of her they use and try and fill it up with more of the other members.

However, to wait this long before doing announcing it does seem a little fishy. If they had announced it immediately/shortly after her resignation it would have still sucked, but we would have understood the reasons why. Doing now, just seems suspicious IMO.

They may just edit the extras (if there was some mention of Miki's new leader role), or as my niece says, maybe they are adding some things to the extras like Yossi and Miki's messages. The only time when they edited someone out, it was because she was suspended due to a scandal (Kago). Miki resigned, and there was no real scandal, so I don't see a real reason to edit her out, just to edit any mention to "leader".

Ya I doubt its to edit miki out, that seems over done... its probably to fix out some things like the any mention of who the leader is (but not removing the leader) or perhaps it could be something as simple as a packaging error... imaging having to fix that many units of DVD cases with new labels.... O.O.... in any case... no worries right?... lets keep positive!

Correct, its *not* cancelled, just 'on hold' still means I can't put it 'into the basket' because there is no button for pre-order while its on my wishlist, so I have to check back until the button is there.
