- Yuhane: Ayaya gave off the impression that she was perfect at singing, dancing, and talking all on her own: she was "the idol of idols."
Whenever I need to practice singing, I always listen to her songs and research how to sing.
Playing Ayaya is the happiest moment of my life.
Yuhane (con't): I didn't have to sing or dance, so it was hard figuring out how to portray her.
But thanks to the fans saying I have the same aura as Matsuura, I was able to tackle the role as I could.
I think I gave it my all!
- Matsuzaka Tori (playing Tsurugi Mikito) is Matsuura Aya's real life kouhai: they both went to the same middle school.
Matsuzaka is 32 (1988), while Matsuura is 34 (1986).
When Matsuzaka Tori saw Yamazaki Yuhane, he said "Matsuura-sempai!"
This was definitely the right casting.
- Yamazaki’s casting for Ayaya took place mid-2019 (“when it was still hot”), so it wasn’t that they considered online opinions, but it’s that they saw the opinions as validation they made the right decision.
(i.e. it’s likely this may have happened before the single release.)
