Since I'm more of a one-shot fic writer, I figured I should start this for whenever I get an idea...Hope you guys will enjoy. Here's #1 that popped into my head last night. Spent almost two hours writing it by hand in bed. xD Finished at 2:03am... ._.

That picture's so CUTE! :wub: Reina being saved by by Eri, even though Eri had already passed away...very nicely done. :thumbsup
By the way, if you were trying to hide that little bit at the bottom of your post, you need to also change the colour of the text to match the background since the default colour of the text changes depending on the theme a person has. I've got a dark theme, and so the text's default colour is white, which makes it stick out and readable even though you put the background colour as black.

^...Is it confusing? @_@ Gaki-san saved Reina, who mistook her for Eri because she (Reina) was about to pass out and couldn't see properly. Although in a way, Eri did save Reina...mentally. ^^

I have a theory why! Well I think I do, since in one of my stories Eri died .__.
Basically, Eri is friends with nearly all of the members, right? So that means that ther's probably going to be more pairings. Therefore if you killed her it would create a lot of depression within the pairings which makes a good story...?
.__. I couldn't really explain the last part right :sweatdrop: But along those lines.

...Actually, I never thought that part out. *hides in a box* I just figured, "Let's not make Eri's death painful. Okay, terminal illness it is." :P
...Now that you mention it, the stories really ARE similar. .____.;; Oh my. ('Cept Gaki-san and Reina didn't actually fall off the cliff. XD) That's kinda creepy. I dunno, when I imagine a character ready to die, it's at a cliff. ^^; Then it became, "How the hell would Eri leave a last message to Reina? ...Letter. No too simple. Letter...locked in drawer? GIVE GAKI-SAN THE KEY. HA. IDEA!! XD Which then led to, "Let's put a photo there just to make it a little more sad. Or dramatic. Both. Then we leave the ending completely open so everyone can imagine. YAY! *done* XD
I kinda wrote this fic because I really wanted TanaKame, but I wanted GakiKame at the same time. xD (I'm quite honestly a GakiKame fan now. It has surpassed my love for TanaKamei. V_V) And sadly, what I ended up with was Kamei's death. *shakes head* Thank you everyone for reading. Like I said earlier...for those who want some GakiKame (albiet sad) like myself...I plan on writing Risa's POV of this story. (Yes, there's a flashback...and maybe I'll figure out just what Kamei is sick with. I never thought that far. ._.;; ) I've also got another fic underway already at the moment. Only thing preventing me from writing is school work that I procrastinated on. When I get it all done, I'll be sure to start writing again. Thanks again. *bows*

I can't freaking believe what you just did, you made me cry then smile then wail and finally you made my already aching tummy hurt even more by the horrible twisting of the gut. Exactly what Gaki felt in your story. And...Poor Eri had no idea she barely made it in time (to tell Risa). T_T I didn't really wanna do it again, but it just kinda...fit.[/bgcolor]

I wanted a day or so in between my posts.

ah the leaves come from this bush I've been residing in...It's next to this corner where all of hammy's adorable fans gather for a good cry and the occasional hug....XD Okay I'll stop with my funny talk before you're the one throwing things at me. But anyways hammy was talking about the expression "taking a leaf out of x's book". It just means following someone's example. but then again you might already know the meaning of that...it was probably my follow up comment that got you confused...but that's just me being me XD
hmmmmmmmmmmmm.....as for the epilogue....I don't know what to think of it to be honest. Reina replying with "never been better"...that just seems so wrong XD but I know you just wanted things to end on a bright note so I'll just leave it at that XD

I…think I get it. xD Well either way… Yeah, I kinda agree with you. I had this epilogue written before I wrote Niigaki’s POV, so it does feel a bit misplaced. But I wrote it and figured I might as well not let it go to waste. :P And Reina…well, at least she’s got her peace of mind now, right? :P Well, the Answers series is complete. Although it's not a one-shot fic-ish pairing you'd see around normally... :glasses: (Though I'm not sure if it will be as good...My writing level tends to shoot up during a more...mellow/sad fic. o-o)

I liked the mini epilogue as it provided some closure. I'm still sad that Eri had to die, even sader that she didn't love Risa back but I take heart in the fact that you'll have a new fic soon :)

Woo all done. Now for some personal comments. :) This next story I wrote was kinda on a whim. Sorry I disappeared for a while as well. I was supposed to update yesterday as a birthday present to myself/you guys, but I got lazy. D: Anyway, I hope you guys enjoy. My very first time writing this pairing...
Oh, and I forgot to say, I've got a new layout for my thread. (Not to mention a new name.) I figured that I suck at writing chapter fics and staying updated, but I can live with writing a series of oneshot-ish things. (If that makes any sense.) I like oneshots, but in the end, mine somehow end up with multiple views or something along the lines...lol. So a new set up has come 'round. Oh, and the name change is a reference to how much Eri there will probably be in my fics... Things just seem to center around her for me. :/ Of course...I'm not saying there won't be anything else. *cough this fic cough*

And I'd love to see the Reina and Aichan version of that Relief story, simply because Reina is ... Reina and if one mixes someone like Reina with someone like Aichan... interesting things happen xD And I'd really love to see how Reina persuaded Aichan xDDD
As for Beneficial Disaster, I love how Devil!Sayu was replying to the texts! And Eri is just so friggin adorable throughout xDDDD Love their little moment at the end <3

It was getting just a bit harder to breathe… Since when were taxis air tight? I mean, even if the air vents are covered by snow, shouldn’t we still somehow be able to breath through it? Snow is water, water is H2O, H2O is made of two hydrogens and one oxygen, and we breathe oxygen. So why isn’t it easy to breathe right now? Ah, forget it. Not worth the brain power.

“Junjun? What’re doing awake? And what’s with the cup? Hot chocolate?”
“Michishige-san, one at a time!” She giggled. “You and everyone else know I don’t sleep much. And yes, it’s hot chocolate. But since you are awake, would you like to have it?”

We got to the taxi fairly quickly and took you out not too long after I sent you that last message. Do you feel unwell?”
“No, not really. My leg just feels really heavy or something… It’s a bit numb, too.” Out of nowhere, Junjun started to giggle again. “What?”
“Michi – Sayumi. Have you looked down at your leg yet?” She recomposed herself and stopped laughing, but still had a smile on.
“No, I haven’t…I was waiting for my eyes to adjust and then you came in.”
“Take a look, then.”
I lowered my eyes to my odd right leg and saw… A body?! Oh my god, I killed – Oh wait, no she’s sleeping. …Maybe I really did lose a few brain cells…
“Is that…Is that Eri?” I squinted in the darkness. She was slumped over in a chair and resting her head on her arms…which were on my leg. That explains the numbness…
“Yes, it’s Kamei-san. She’s been in here ever since we brought you back. Shh…don’t want to wake her.”

Ai sat up in her bed and stared down at the floor. There was no denying it – Risa’s choice to room with a certain turtle irked her.
Aichan's eyes suddenly as green as a turtle's shell? :P
I wonder just what those two are up to… An image of Eri and Risa together flew through Ai’s mind. They were laughing…hugging…joking…kissing… WAIT WHAT!?
Aichan = :o
I don’t even know if she feels the same…
“I’m sure she does, Ai-chan.”
“Eh?” Ai lifted her head and looked over at Reina confusedly. “I didn’t happen to say that out loud…did I?”
“No, but your face said it for you.” Reina took a seat on her own bed and faced Ai. “Then again, it’s not like I didn’t know. You did tell me after all.”
“And it’s going to stay that way, Reina. You’re the only one that knows, and I plan on keeping it that way. It was just a slip of the tongue…”
“But it was a really important one, Ai-chan. Now you just have to do it again…in front of Gaki-san.”
Aichan hasn't confessed her raburabu to Risa!??!? :O
“Hey, Reina… I hate to be blunt but…”
“Hm?” Reina nodded at Ai, still drinking her water.
“…Do you think there’s anything going on between those two? Gaki-san and Kamei-chan?”
“PPPFFFTHHH!!!” Reina half spat out her drink as Ai’s words processed through her mind. She covered her now dripping mouth and stared back incredulously at Ai. “THE HELL!?”

Reina jumped off of her bed and yanked her taller companion right off of her bed. Startled, Ai put up no fight as her junior pulled her towards the exit of their room. The younger yankii managed to drag her taller friend over to the door, but that was as far as she got. At that point, Ai understood just what Reina was attempting to do. There’s no way you’re locking me out, Reina. Due to Reina’s smaller size and lack of muscle, the situation was immediately reversed, and Reina soon found herself staring at the white door of her room…from the outside.
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH!!! It's gotta be! It's the Aichan side of when Risa gets locked out by Eri! :w00t:

“Don’t look at me, I’m just the chaperone.” Ai shrugged. The other two turned their heads and gaped at their leader. “Nah, I’m just kidding. C’mon Kameko, it won’t kill.”

“Kame?” Risa retracted her steps and carefully sat down on the bed next to Eri. “What’s wrong?”

“Ah…is that all that you’re worried about?” Risa gently patted Eri’s head and gave reassuringly rubbed her shoulder. “Kame, I know you think that being twenty is super important. It’s the official age of adulthood, and I don’t blame you one bit for being worried. But if you really want to know what I think… I think that you’ll always be who you are. It doesn’t matter if you change just a little bit – you’ll always be my Pokepokepuu. Right?”

Risa picked up a pillow next to the bed and settled herself in – she’d have to spend the night.
Risa turned herself around so that she was facing Eri.
Normally I'd be all WOOT at this, but given the circumstances (and Eri's boozing noob-ness), are we sure it's such a good idea for Risa to be scooching over next to her like this?

At first I was so worried that this was that angsty fic. I mean I like those but not on the turtle's birthday right? :D I'm glad this turned out to be an oh-so-adorable story. I'm over the moon that it's GakiKame centric. Me love the turtle and bean duo :heart: Not to mention how cute they were in it. THE CANDY! Yes, I do celebrate the new year..and every year okaa sama would buy the cutest candy. In addition to the regular new years candy, like white rabbit candy and lucky candy (利是糖)..(didn't have any this year cause they've been deemed poisonous now? go figure XD) there's also really cute candy that are shaped like baby corn and other nice looking things...but by god they taste like rubber. That should have been the hint. if they look like rubber...they just might taste like it too! ^_^; For whatever reason, mostly the fact that they were so bad that we blocked it from our memory, we would buy some more the next year. For the last couple of years my friends didn't know any better and picked the cute looking stuff and boy did they thank me for that XD seriously...not only do they taste bad but they magically make you forget they taste bad the next year.
anyways I'm sure people have stopped reading my babble awhile ago so let's just all poke Shiya chan for a new one shot =D

It's around 2/3 done and on it's fifth page... ^^; (2244 words so far...)
Not the bad tasting new years candy!! T__T *crawls back to her own bowl of better tasting candy* I actually celebrate, too. Vietnamese/Chinese New Year... Red envelopes... :D But I swear, I've been pigging out on the candy. That can't be a good sign. ._.

I only used specific stanzas that gave me the idea for this fic, so I recommend reading before listening. :) Hence why I put the link AFTER the fic. Lol.
So how many of you figured out which pairing it was during the fic? Let me know which pairing you thought it was if you thought different, because you should be able to tell by the end. (Yes, I photoshopped it myself. :P) If could couldn't figure out who the last girl is, it was [bgcolor=#000000]Kamei[/bgcolor]. Jeez, you got me into one of my "I know what's gonna happen so I'm gonna whimper out loud" things. XD I started freaking out as soon as it said that Gaki was leaving for just two days. :sweatdrop: But once Gaki found them, I was all, "NOOOOOOO!!" ah...I so didn't guess right at the beginning....I blame you for that though XD Your hello kitty warning threw me off...and this being another song fic, I was thinking...oh no! This must be a continuation of Reminiscence! :cry:
All this time I thought it would be about Gaki and how she ended up losing Kame. Since the narrator had brown hair I figured I was still on the right track...also figured it would be GakiKame related based on your preferences. But then the Reina part threw me off...I imagined it was Eri cheating on Gaki with Sayu (yes, it's just an auto response by my brain) but I couldn't really see Eri drinking wine and stuff...After find out it's Reina, for a split second I thought of Ai chan but I could totally see it as TanaKamei so I was back to GakiKame. The ring part also threw me off since it's usually Ai chan with the ring but Gaki was the one with it. and then I thought it was Ai chan in the store since she liked gadgets...my brain was about to die at this point from changing the narrator and characters around every few minutes. It's pretty funny since I usually figure it out really fast who the characters are but this time even though my brain was trying desperately to tell me it's not a story about Eri cheating on Gaki...my heart was being stubborn and not listening XD
oh I waited...and waited...and was pleasantly surprised that everyone was still alive XD
nice touch with the photoshop. Ai placed her bowl on top of Risa’s before quickly moving out of the small dinner room, not giving anyone else a second glance. Risa fell silent and gently bit the inside of her lips; the atmosphere was too awkward to talk. Reina and Eri looked at each other and confusedly before turning to their elder friend.
“Somethin’ goin’ on here that I don’t know about?”
Eh? No flirty glances? No winks? Should we be worried that things didn't go that well during "the talk"?

“Eh…” Eri diverted her eyes to the floor, unable to come up with a response to the accusation. Suddenly her eyes brightened and she clapped her hands together excitedly. “I GOT IT!!!”
“Oww… Eri, that hurt my ears. And just what do you have?”
“We’re gonna get Gaki-san and Ai-chan together…tonight!!”

“Are you kidding me??” Eri gaped at Reina before snatching both items out of the former’s hands. “It’s perfect!! Just watch.”

*Ahem* Ok, now I think I'm functioning properly to continue my comment :P You know, at the beginning, the story was so sad, so depressing that Eri would be faced with an unrequited love. As much as I hate the object of her affections to be Reina, it somehow fit so well. Then when I realized Risa faced the same problem with Ai, it was such a huge double whammy :banghead: I almost couldn't bear to read it anymore thinking that my beloved KameMame would not be lucky enough to be blessed with happiness.
So I stopped reading, deciding to come back again when I wasn't so flushed with emotions. I'm glad I did though cuz the next part dumped a whole bag of emotions on me at once. Fear, anticipation, heartache and more. I was so worried that Eri was going to kill herself, and even more afraid that she had succeeded.
In the final part, I was bowled over by your descriptive writing. Of the sea, the breeze, the coolness of the waves, everything! But most of all, were the feelings felt by the 2 girls. In the end, all I can say is, I'm so thankful and grateful that you wrote this dispute your incredibly crazy studying schedule.
Don't stop writing Shiichan, cuz you make so many people happy with your works.

Hmm...for most of the story I wasn't fully convinced that Eri really loved Risa. I could so tell that Gaki really loved Eri but kame had me guessing until the very end. Though if I think about it, it's very fitting since the story is about letting go. The last sentence about how the end is always another beginning...I think that was perfect.

Ahahaha... Pointless 4th part of my fic, I know, but I couldn't think of much. XD As I said before, you guys pick which pairing you like best. :P For anyone who's lost, 12.4 happens right after 12.1. 12.2 & 12.3 happened before 1 & 4. Too many numbers? I'm sorry. XD
I'll try to update later today with my oneshot too. (I'll be working hard on it!) For anyone who's curious, it's for Sayumi. :3

Wow, all of your writing is really great, some angsty, most sweet. So far, I think I like the poolside happenings the most out of all of them. I don't know why exactly, maybe those sexy swim instructors lol.

“Hey, Gaki-san, isn’t that Takahashi-san over there?”
“Ai-chan? Where?” Gaki-san turned on her heels and turned her head around left and right, searching for her student that I had claimed was there. I grinned and took my chance while I had it. My quiet footsteps sped up, and before she could return her gaze to me, I placed my palm on her shoulder and gave her a firm shove. With her classic “uwwaaaaaaahh”, she fell into the water, creating a giant splash (for her size, anyway) and startling the nearby children. I snickered when her head surfaced; she looked like a drowned rat! She glared back at me, but I didn’t mind. I only laughed more, which caused her stern look of irritation to break down into the full smile I knew so well. Waving her arms around, she began to sink into the water, silently calling me to “save her”. I shook my head and dived in right after her.
“How about we go grab a bite to eat?” I suggested.
“…”
“…”
“…You forgot your wallet again, didn’t you?”
“Ehehehe…”
Perhaps my two favorite parts of the story. These had me laughing. I love the relationship you portrayed between GakiKame.

Waa~~ I love your writing style Shikyo! :twothumbs Very detailed and kept me interested throughout. I've yet to read all of them but the ones I've read are awesome. The funny ones are very funny and the dramatic ones are very dramatic. And the pics you've added to some are a great touch. I love all the little details about Eri that only eriens would know. Aww, cute, sweet (a bit wet :drool: ) GakiKame :wub: I definitely choose this pairing :D Actually, I must say that GakiKame is my second favourite pairing, they are just so cute and funny with Gaki being the responsible one and Eri being the total airhead XD A perfect match :lol: or maybe its just because GakiKame means that Ai and Reina are free this way... I'm bad :P

Yay there's been a crazy flurry of updates this week...had a hard time deciding on what I wanted to read first. Of course, some crazy turtle fun won me over :on woohoo:

My nose brushed that of my closest friend’s, and I couldn’t help but yelp again when she leaned her face in, jokingly asking for a kiss. Blood rushed to my face as a consequence of the sudden adrenaline rush, turning my tan skin into a soft shade of pink.
*gasp* this is like a GakiKame story while not being one at the same time! as if it's not already hard enough deciding on the pairing to root for in this story :farofflook:
I squinted a bit at…the bush behind her at the opposite end of the pool, I guess. “Hey, Gaki-san, isn’t that Takahashi-san over there?”
lol I secretly hope that Ai chan really is in the bushes spying on Gaki. It would make for such a cute side story XD

She placed the clipboard down and I reached up, taking it so that I could file it away for future reference. That idea, however, was quickly thrown out the window when I looked at the paper attached. Instead of professional writing and information, I found doodles (mostly turtles) and random pen scribbles all over the page. I snorted slightly, trying to contain my laughter while looking at the document. At the bottom was written “Gaki-san, I’m booooored. Let’s go out for lunch or something later. Senpai’s treat? Pleeeeeeaaaaseeee????”

Okay, so I originally planned to photoshop the letter (the stuff Ai wrote) to make it look way better, but the forum kept resizing the picture and it annoyed me to death, so I opted out.
