my faves in that order... gotta love em training montages! but hey! rocky V has had its moments.. that flashback with mickey was so emotional! the only bad thing i didnt like about it was the CRAP montages (didnt even had gonna fly now.. rocky IV didnt ethier, but least it had pumped up music).. I'm hoping
the last rocky will have a remastered gonna fly now track.. ouuh that'll be SO COOL! I'm soo pumped like a schoolgirl!

The movie comes out soon in the US(Dec 25), don't know about anywhere else. I was gonna upload this scene from my DVDs, but my DVD drive is all kinds of messed up right now so here's one on youtube with some subs(I don't know the language). I saw it a while back. It's not necessarily a bad movie, but it doesn't really do anything that the first four movies didn't.*

Rocky decides he wants to fight someone tough.
People try to tell him that he's crazy and that he has no chance and that he'll probably get killed.
Rocky doesn't listen to them because he has heart.
Training montage set to Gonna Fly Now.
Boxing match.
I won't spoil the surprise ending.

A few issues:

This is the only Rocky sequel not to begin with a flashback of the fight at the end of the previous movie.
No flashbacks of Mick or Apollo.
Was there even any mention of Apollo?
What happened to the irreversible brain damage he was supposed to have suffered during his fight with Ivan Drago?

*I can't say I blame them. Rocky V tried to do something new with the franchise, and, well, look how that turned out.
