Title: (Group) BELLRING Girls Heart

BELLRING Girls Heart or BELLRING少女ハート is a 5 members idol unit with a different approach, their music is not typical idolish but more "punk" for saying something... if you like BiS (Brand-new idol Society) then you might like this group since the similarities are notorious but still both are different. They are a bit crazy but yet super cute.

Also the producer is quite a character.

to the OP - I wouldn`t call them "punk", they are more "gothic" than else...

I find it incredible that this thread has so few posts, since all the times I end up seeing them live (I don`t follow the group. THEY are the ones that haunt me.  :P ), there`s an increasing number of foreign fans. most of the groups have no foreign fans in their concerts at all, but the last time I saw them, there were (not counting me, of course) four or five around.  :O c`mon no one of these guys is a user here?!?!?  :thumbdown:

Well, I have two friends who live in Japan who frequently go to just about all their shows. They are originally from America, but they live in Japan now xD One of them has another friend who I believe is also originally from out of the country who goes to just about all of them xD

I'd say chances that Daydreamer's friends are the people I frequently see are 9:10.  :roll: or this group has more foreign fans than SKE48. rofl

Ooh. When I went to see Bellring, I did notice a group of foreign fans too... must be the same bunch  :lol:

As for the group... wasn't really my style, sorry  :nervous

So, I met them during their last Idol Koushien appearance. And yes: They are FANTASTIC! Totally crazy and childlike playful, but FANTASTIC! If there wouldn't be PASSPO, I had found me a new favourite group.
And I would describe their music as Britpop/Britrock, as it is clearly influenced by the psychedelic 60s.

For completion's sake: The group now consist of 6 members. Actually 7, as TIRA still has no working visa for Japan, but is still count as member, if I am correct.

 I found a Youtube clip with a recent Mini Live of them. They also perform two new songs in there - one which I would call a circus number, typical psychedelic Bellring stuff and the other one a pretty hard rocker, their heaviest number to date. Enjoy! Bellring starts at 15:30. But you should watch the first group じゅじゅ as well. A very nice idol metal unit, similar to Fruitpochetto.

Bellring will release a new single on Octobre 31th named 'EPEPEP'. They also announced their second album 'UNDO THE UNION' :twothumbs , to be released on Decembre 23rd. A tour is already scheduled.

Also Bellring member Mizuho has a group named 'Escalator or Elevator'. They released a single on Octobre 29th.

Juri and Yuka will graduate in February. Juri wants to be a normal girl again, were as Yuka wants to finish school. She told me though, she wants to stay in the music business. Whatever that means.

Auditions for new members are already scheduled.

A bit late, but Bellring Girls Heart are comprised of 7 members now:  Juri and Yuka left, new are Anna, Kanra and Kari.

Wow, what a day. At today's show 3 important announcements were made.

The first and most depressing: Usami "Moechi" Moe will graduate - in February 2016! :cry:

Second is good news: A third album will be released at the start of the new year! :twothumbs

Third news is impressive: Three One Man Lives will be held in 2016. But the surprising issue are the venues of choice.
On January 2nd ZEPP TOKYO
On April 30th TOKYO DOME CITY HALL
The third is still unknown. Who will guess Budokan? :P

Anyway, I already know where I am on February 2nd. And maybe April 30th. :D

The whole EP needs some kind of getting used to, as it is very different from their usual style. Ayano agreed to it when I spoke with her about it. This specific song is not my favourite either, but much fun live.
What makes me wonder is why they release that obviously in Summer recorded video only now. Their haicut tells it.

New Music Video by the group. In it they are pretending of playing instruments. They don't follow the path of PASSPO, but it is a fact that Kanra can play the bass. And Ayano is currently trying in mastering the guitar, more or less.
The song itself is a typical Bellha experimental track: 'Interesting' vocals by Le-Le, followed by a long Jazz piano break.

Wow, what news!
Bellha will go on a hiatus, starting December. Reason being: Ayano and Mizuho will graduate in November. :panic:
The group will continue though, after finding replacements.
