Vanness Wu (吳建豪) is a member of the Taiwanese boyband F4. Of the group, he is considered as the best dancer. He also does most of the rapping and English parts. He has done numerous solo works including acting and releasing a solo album , though not as successful as F4 albums. He is probably most known for collaborating with Beyonce Knowles and hosting the 2004 MTV Asia Awards side-by-side Michelle Branch. He was also featured in Run DMC's music video for "It's like that".

Vanness is currently active in the duo KANGTA & VANNESS, a collaboration with Korean singer Kangta (강타), formerly of H.O.T. Their music is predominantly pop and their lyrics usually are in Korean, Mandarin and English. They debuted in the 2006 MTV Music Awards in Thailand and have performed in selected areas in Korea. They plan on promoting their single in Hong Kong, Taiwan and China.

Vaness and F4 has been in our country for quite a few times already, since Meteor Garden became such a huge hit here when they showed it on local TV.
