No I'm sure the strip dance movie was some other show, not Full Time Killer, because I watched both these movies.

Tian Xin is a Taiwanese model/actress famous for her ...assets ... and her nudie shots (that doesn't actually show her important bits). From the caps, your video clip is from one of her old pbs from years back. She doesn't actually look like Kelly Lin either...
