RR21 finally on TV again! Although I'd have made the graduated members sing it instead of the current line-up. It's my favorite and if only some girl ruins one line I'll get really crazy. The other line-ups are very interesting. Looking forward to see this ones specially

Not surprised about Berryz because they only have one song with major part. The thing I'm surprised is why's C-ute there when they only have super tiny part in the show. :(

Yeah, I know, but in that one preview pic, it looks rather short and her hair is to her shoulders right now. Meh, we probably just missed a hairstyle in there somewhere. She's probably on a different one by now anyway :lol:

hmm... but i don't get the wink aura from them. if i were to choose a H!P wink it would be

yurina has a nice tan.
takahashi's hair gradually straightens. this is good.

I just finished watching this. The Yossi-Aya-Nacchi song was chock full of win especially when Aya "kneed" Yossi. :rofl:
But, I'm still not sure how Yossi managed to get her 2005 hair to appear in only one song. Maybe it was a special guest performer. :lol:
In the group shots, I kept thinking Kei was Yaguchi for some reason. And when I realized none of MM. was in the original Renai Revolution 21, I got very sad. :(

I don't know if it seemed like this to anyone else, but the arrangement of the MM members + H!P members on the floor seemed like each girl was paired up with another that kinda was her "twin" from the other artists
The first song they did with everyone was...
Abe - Kusumi
Aya - Taka
Goto - Reina
Rika - Eri
Yossi - Risa
Erika - Shige
Yui - Aika
Kei - Linlin
Kaori - Junjun
Some of them are kinda weird, but basically all but the last two I can relate between the members, and it's weird! The same goes for the Reina/Koharu performance with Berryz/C-ute backup dancing

Saki - Maasa
Kanna - Yurina
Maimai - Chinami
Airi - Risako

just wondering.... how many perfs. did H!P do on Music Fair. cuz it seem like there is 2 or 3 episodes of them. are they all linked? which one was the first one? and how long will this go on? i want to watch the entire thing but i don't know when to start. i think the first one was the 07.15.2007 episode, rite?

Just watched it. Absolutely LOVED Yossi and Aya when they were singing "High School Lullaby". Aya's facial expressions absolutely MADE that performance! :lol:

Took the time to download it and the one performance that really stuck out to me was the song with Yossie beating up Ayaya and vice versa xD
The choreography is so funny xDxDxD
That one's High School Lullaby, right? Seeing JFC's description of it xD!
Then I laughed when all Berryz did was the fishy Special Generation-esque move and then moved on to the next song xD Sure I was sad that they didn't sing, but the suddenness was so funny xD

^ I love that part! i just finished watching it. i love Aya's reaction and Yossie looked beautiful even with glasses, i guess she'll always be beautiful to me. great perf. by H!P, overall. too bad Yuko, Yaguchi and Miki wasn't present, or at least i didn't see them. i dunno who else isn't present from MM except Konno and Makoto, but it's understandable...

Ah... this was a good perf. I especially liked the one with Aya,Yossie and Abe. I dont know that name of the song but its the one where Yossie smacks Aya a couple times while Abe is in the back dancin..funny stuff. AYA :heart:

Yeah the Yossi-Aya performance was very funny. especially their expression's faces.
I loved the "short hair crew" aka Ai-Rika-Yossi in the mario bros outfits lol

I loved a lot of the songs, the sayu and aika's close up in white was adorable!
high school lullably was a favorite as well
I'm really impressed with how well they did, especially knowing the they had the screen behind them... work so hard.
and yet the NG scene is so much fun

I watched it in class.... BIG MISTAKE!
I've never laughed so much watching people perform before, let alone laughing so much in class.. in a QUIET class, alone. My friends thought I was mad. Ah but who cares, the best perf was YossixAya's performance and YossixAixRika's Nai.Nai 16!
One disappointment though.. 'Choo Choo Train'.. wtf?? only the first part of the song? Berryz dancing to the begining and thats it? aww man should have let them sing a little right?

This show totally rawks, it even eclipsed the previous year (?) Music Fair which i thought was incredible. The choice of songs were great though i was quite sad that they didn't spread the screen time equally. I guess Maki, Nacchi and Aya are still the more popular girls... *was hoping for more eri on screen
Anyway i noticed that for the costume that Reina and Koha wore for their song, was it from Osaka koi no Uta?

Hey, I just finished watching the Abe/Goto/Matsuura part and I noticed whoever sang the original songs, THE Possible copied their outfits for Shushoku! Nice tribute THE Possible!

It was surprisingly good on H!P's part. Not much Momusu, but a lot of the soloists. Ayaya getting to sing with one of the people she covered must've been an honor for her.

Abe did a good job as well! but ayaya and yossie were really funny! they have totally pulled it off! i like yossi's glasses!(no glass at all)....i love ayaya's hair --->so NERDY! not to mention her facial expressions! it was truly great!

The re-enacting of the dancing was spot on (one thing i love of these shows). Even the NG was funny. :P

I know this will likely seem like a dumb question, but with dialup there's a whole lot of stuff I never get to see, which includes Music Fair 21 until I just now managed to grab ebc's upload of this over a coupla days of solid downloading :lol:
So... can someone plse explain the concept behind Music Fair 21? Seems the performers take old songs from previous eras and perform them while video of the original performance is played behind? Is this the concept of every episode? With different performers doing the covers? How often is MF21 broadcast - is it just an annual thing, or H!P appears on it annually? (Any info will be appreciated... couldn't get any explanation in English thru googling...)

I think it's just another music show that airs every week. Usually, artists come to perform their new singles and they sometimes perform a collaboration song with the other guests. The guests have a talk segment with each other between each performance. These H!P episodes were just Idol specials. MF21 does seem do a lot of special episodes but the show is not usually like this.
