Post by: Ping on October 24, 2005, 10:57:26 AM: Reminder. Most of America is observing daylight savings time, which means all our hours are pushed forward which makes it seem like GMT-5 is GMT-4, GMT-3 is GMT-2, etc. The last Sunday of October, we return to normal time, so the hours are changed.
Basically, if you don't observe daylight savings time, those shoes based at places that do observe daylight savings time will be pushed back an hour. Also, if you do observe daylight savings time, but you will still be on it after October, it will be pushed back 2 hours.
It's kinda complicated.

However, if someone right before someone, and they are not observing daylight savings time, and the person right after is, then your gonna have a time clash.

and yup. this is s'posed to be thread for the schedule shit. (added a note in the first post for future DJs - the other thread (http://www.miumu.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=2116&mforum=jpmx) is for recruits and ideas. and general radio discussion.

Thursdays was just too hard for me since i started working on thursdays till late and fridays early >_<

EDIT: ARRRGH Nvm, I'm not sure what to do... to keep the slot or change it to the one before SB or what... >_< While I think it through, would it be possible for me to reserve the friday one just in case? :?

edit okay so apparently it's January 1 0630-0830. And this Saturday show is a one-time thing haha.

Wednesday 0300-0400

I definitely cannot keep up with the 10 pm - 12 am timeslot on thursdays because i'm getting home too late from the university... Today I really thought I'd make it in time to finally have a show again, but i got home at 11:30 pm. :(

So yes, I NEED to change it, so I'd really appreciate it if you'd change my Reisei Chinchaku timeslot to fridays 12 am - 1 am, which is just one hr later than the timeslot i have now, and yes, only a one hour timeslot this time, because i'll have to wake up early for uni on friday =/

Maybe later in the year I'll be able to go back to a longer show, but for now, I think this will do ^_^

EDIT: I changed my mind. I'll take a break from the show for a while. I'll still be doing H!O with the O!P crew. Hopefully when Reisei Chinchaku comes back, i'll have better show ideas for it ^_^
