UPDATE 24The wind was calm. The water was crystal clear. The surrounding was peaceful and tranquil. Wearing huge sunglasses and a white dotted maya blue bikini, Ai was on a folding beach chair enjoying the full comfort and rest it provides while lovingly watching her Risa who’s in the water. The short haired girl was a few meters away from the shoreline, competing in freestyle swimming with her buddy Eri.
“Here” Sayumi handed Ai her Piña colada before taking her seat next to Ai’s. The two set of couples were at a secluded resort, relaxing at a beach of soft sparkling white sand elegantly fringed by palm trees. The two cops were given a three-day vacation leave to replenish their energy after the man who attacked Ai was found dead inside an abandoned warehouse.
“Those two are like kids when they’re together” shaking her head whilst smiling, Sayumi started the conversation. “They’ve been like that since the day I met them, playing like they are little kids whenever possible.” the Bunny in white bikini continued.
Ai only smiled as she listened intently while still watching the two, who were splashing some water at each other.
“So, what do you do for a living?” Sayu inquired the silent Ai.
“I’m a novelist”
“Really? How nice!”
“Hey! You two! You coming or what!?” shouted Risa while trying to dodge Eri’s water attacks but failed miserably.
When the two women didn’t move, Risa gave Eri a signal and they marched toward the two grinning ladies wearing their blank faces. The two cops carried their partners, bridal style, walked back into the sea and threw the two simultaneously into the water. Before the two thrown ladies could even stand properly on their two feet, they received non-stop water attacks from the two laughing cops.
But the flying water brought to an end when their targets remained motionless despite the water attacks they had received. The two aggressors stopped and prepared themselves for any retaliation from the two glaring ladies. Risa and Eri exchanged worried looks when the two stayed still and spoke nothing. Without opening their mouth for their next move, the two cops ran away in opposite directions and left their partners rooted in the water.
Moments later they were being chased by their respective partners. Sayu being slow was left far behind by the fast running Eri. While Risa, on the other hand, was not that far from her pursuer. Risa let out high pitched squeaks when she looked back and saw the smiling Ai so close behind. When Ai grabbed a hold of her Risa, she tripped and toppled over the cop, making them roll on the soft white sand.
Giggling, the two continued to roll over the sand with their bodies clung together in an affectionate embrace. But their giggles subsided when the short haired girl decided to end their play when she was already on top of Ai. Staring sweetly while gingerly running her hand on Ai’s face, she smiled. Ai stayed quiet but her hands clung on Risa’s slender waist, waiting for Risa’s next move.
Risa watched Ai’s enticing feature inch by inch. Clearly, she was captivated by the natural beauty under her. Her long silky hair, her peeking ears, her perfect tone skin, her just right nose and her deep brown eyes which definitely bewitched her every time. “You’re so beautiful” Risa whispered with a trace of affection in her eyes.
With her darkened eyes, the younger gently nuzzled her nose to and fro against the older, lightly brushing their lips as well in the process. After a while and satisfied with her action, Risa retreated a little and stared deeply into the dark brown orbs in front of her. She then pressed a long and adoring kiss on Ai’s forehead before settling down comfortably on Ai’s neck. They stayed in that position for a little while, enjoying the warmth each of them gave off to one another.
Above the two was a brilliant red sunset fading into a bruised purple, adding a little romance to the already romantic atmosphere the two shared.
