So it was Ai. I expected it was either her or Reina, or maybe some other character (like Makoto had he not been Reina's dad). Looking back it was most likely Ai since the murders were people that she had already met, and it was too much of a coincidence that the murders occured at the same time Ai moved into the town.

Enjoy the view as all these readers wail and cry their eyes out while a few of them try to plot their revenge against you for killing Ai and making her the murderer. Don't worry. I've hired some guards and placed them all over your fortress. I've also added a couple of snipers outside, mounted some lasers, cannons, gatling guns, and missles in case of aerial attacks, fortified the base with layers upon layers of steel and concrete, reinforced the outer walls, installed a panic room, and added nerve gas dispensers in the air ducts. And just to be on the safe side I've secretly hidden a couple of landmines and traps around your fortress in a 1000 meter radius.

    Can I still go out alive with all that thing around.?.

This is what Fujimoto thinks of everyone who is shocked at the ending of this fic -

I lost the note where I scribbled the characters and the story should be.

Basically it was like this
Risa = cop
Ai = turns psychotic when overly jealous
Eri = cop and Risa’s buddy
Sayu = Eri’s girlfriend and will become one of Ai’s victims, dead or not, after flirting with Risa
Reina = the dead girlfriend

But I got lost along the way 

My take on the story 

It could be Ai as the killer or someone else, say that girl at the end part.
The evidences could be Ai’s or were just planted.
She could be saying that “You deserve a second chance” to Risa or to that girl, say Reina 
You decide.

That's what I thought as well. I even thought that Makoto was the killer, now that we know he is Reina's father.

Here's how I see it:

He killed all thoses girls in both towns, including Tsunku, to frame Ai, causing ReinAi to distrust each other and assume the other one of them is the killer. He really wanted to break them up and make Ai suffer. But he didn't expect Reina would disappear after leaving Ai.

Still angry at Ai, and wanting to make her suffer so much more, he followed her when she moved and started killing again in order of frame Ai. He even payed Tsunku to pretend to attack Ai that night and killed him later on.

Ai eventually knew it was him. She knew he planted the evidence in Ai's home. She also knew that he would go to the police to arrest her. Even if she goes to jail, he would still killed Gaki and her friends, just to torment her. And so, it order to protect Gaki and her friends, Ai sacrifices her life.

Unfortunately, Reina also realized that her father was the killer, since she knows he's very possessive of her, and would do anything to keep her and Ai apart. That is why she left Ai and went into hiding. While she disappeared, she was trying to collect evidence to prove that the killer is her father.

That proved to be a waste of time since Ai moved on and fell in love with Gaki, and Makoto is still murdering those girls in order to frame Ai. Racing to reach Ai and tell what has been going on, she finds that she's too late as Ai ends her life. When Reina was walking away in the end, she was not crying because Ai has moved on when she left. She was crying because she couldn't protect her from her father.

*Phew* Yeah. This is what goes inside my head as I read this fics.

*sigh* fine, K. I'll hire some ninjas and your very own secret service too if you want to go outside. Guess I'll have to cancel the plans in building you a mall, amusement park, hot spring, race track, even a lake and some beaches inside your fortress. I thought about it long ago. I have WAY to many (crazy and absurd) ideas floating around in my head. But once I pick up a pen and try to write something down, or type something on any word processor, I forget what I was thinking. Worse is that it's hard for me to convey my thoughts into words. It's bad enough that I'm even my own worst critic. 

Even commenting right now is hard for me. Before I click on that Post button, I re-read whatever I had typed mulitple times, probably for at least an hour  , making sure that it's understandable and readable to everyone else, grammatically correct (to my knowledge), and I fully expressed what I wanted to say without going off tangent.

And anyway, my commentaries are just as long as any chapter to a story in here.

I lost the note where I scribbled the characters and the story should be.

Basically it was like this
Risa = cop
Ai = turns psychotic when overly jealous
Eri = cop and Risa’s buddy
Sayu = Eri’s girlfriend and will become one of Ai’s victims, dead or not, after flirting with Risa
Reina = the dead girlfriend

But I got lost along the way 

My take on the story 

It could be Ai as the killer or someone else, say that girl at the end part.
The evidences could be Ai’s or were just planted.
She could be saying that “You deserve a second chance” to Risa or to that girl, say Reina 
You decide.     

Here's how I see it:

He killed all thoses girls in both towns, including Tsunku, to frame Ai, causing ReinAi to distrust each other and assume the other one of them is the killer. He really wanted to break them up and make Ai suffer. But he didn't expect Reina would disappear after leaving Ai.

Still angry at Ai, and wanting to make her suffer so much more, he followed her when she moved and started killing again in order of frame Ai. He even payed Tsunku to pretend to attack Ai that night and killed him later on.

Ai eventually knew it was him. She knew he planted the evidence in Ai's home. She also knew that he would go to the police to arrest her. Even if she goes to jail, he would still killed Gaki and her friends, just to torment her. And so, it order to protect Gaki and her friends, Ai sacrifices her life.

Unfortunately, Reina also realized that her father was the killer, since she knows he's very possessive of her, and would do anything to keep her and Ai apart. That is why she left Ai and went into hiding. While she disappeared, she was trying to collect evidence to prove that the killer is her father.

That proved to be a waste of time since Ai moved on and fell in love with Gaki, and Makoto is still murdering those girls in order to frame Ai. Racing to reach Ai and tell what has been going on, she finds that she's too late as Ai ends her life. When Reina was walking away in the end, she was not crying because Ai has moved on when she left. She was crying because she couldn't protect her from her father.
