It's like a video sampler. And I think I disliked only 1 band from the whole concert XD

Any pop chocolat / syrup16g (except "copy") yes please. (Bazra would be nice too btw.)

well right now I'm still seeding the syrup16g disco(minus the delaydead album as I had it before, but I can up that too if you want) on jpopsuki.

I'll up a pop chocolat mini-album(I still haven't managed to get their other stuff), If I don't post it in the next hour or so, expect by tomorrow.

Edit:  Here's the mini-album http://www.sendspace.com/file/564v5v
I posted this in the girl rock thread before, so if you dled that one, this one is the same

Was in the mood for some power metal and found some new Jikuu Kaizoku SEVEN SEAS vids

PV for The Wind of Tomorrow off of their recent album Confusion

More of a pop metal song than power metal, but the pv was was pretty funny

and a demo of Prince Yo and Eita playing SHE, also off the same album

Eita looks so cute with her tiara  also noticed she has a pink marshall half stack XD Seriously the cutest metal guitarist in existence.

The vocals seems to be getting worse... but that's sorta typical of Japanese metal bands, it really isn't the easiest thing on the throat to be singing like that for some years

Speaking of hot girl guitarists, this girl HOT!!

http://www.youtube.com/user/speedsamurai

She's korean but plays some japanese songs. Check out her Cutie Honey theme(and her skirt :O~)

Thanks for the dose of Eita, streak. I've been slacking, guess that's from a recent issue of young guitar. she needs to put out a solo instrumental album.

I like the korean chick. haha, she played the theme from top gun. I used to know how to play that. check it out

I'm pretty sure its the same girl. she's using the same ernie ball

yeah I saw that, was just trying to keep on topic and playing a japanese song :P

I'm pretty sure it's the same girl in all the ones of a girl playing. There's one of her playing the theme in a room too. She's awesome.

Going to see Guns N' Roses next week in Osaka, and their support act is MUCC, so grabbed their latest albums to have a listen, and damn, think I'll be turning up late to that show...

haha, I always hear people talking about mucc like the second coming of christ, but I've never been able to get into them.
have fun at gn'r, though (got one of my gn'r shirts on right now). Saw them back in 2002 on the chinese democracy (HAH!) tour. Hope axl has improved since then. Seemed like there were two long instrumental breaks in every song so that he could run backstage to get oxygen. Too bad you don't get to see Buckethead. He was the best part of that show. He break danced, played with nunchucks, played a solo that would tear your face off, and then handed toys out to the audience! love that goofy fuck.

lol mucc opening to gn'r

I like mucc's less heavy songs. Their Houyoku album is really the only one worth listening to.

I'd say go hang out at the merch tables while you wait, since they sometimes have some cute chicks XD But you're probably going with the wife.

She's actually not going to the gig, so it's just me and a fellow Aussie mate (and a few thousand others).. It's good, cause usually I'm all protective and shit, but without her there, we are going to go mental and mosh our way to the front (well, that's the plan)..
She is going to come out for our all night drinking binge at RockRock after though.. It was either she come out, or I go home, so she's coming out... But that's cool, cause we are good drinking buds..

:edit: Check the RockRock visitors list..

woah crazy list. Maybe gn'r will make an appearance. They seem to be having an Guns N' Roses special that day. or maybe you already know if they're going to make an appearance.

They hint that Guns N' Roses will turn up, but you never know.. Went there for the Crüe after party, and while the band didn't turn up, all the stage performers from the show were there, so I was pissing on with Mighty Mike.. And Buckcherry (the Crüe's opening act) were also there..

Anyways, that's enough with Western bands..

Here's an 8min DVD that was given out free after the RIZE gig I saw a few months back..

KenKen Live..

Tracks:
-:-- Bass Solo
5:40 宇宙ディスコ「アフロ de ムーチョ!」/ Uchyuu Disco [Afro de Macho!]
2:20 Sense

This guy is so fuckin' cool and a kick ass bassist..

:edit: Damn YouTube counter counts down, and not up like it does on the actual website..

Speaking of RIZE, Tokie's new band.
http://www.breast.co.jp/unkie/
http://www.myspace.com/unkieofficial

Hard driving instrumental rock power!! Yutaka Aoki from VOLA on guitar and Fujifabric's support drummer Hiroshi Kido, who is also in JUDE with Asai Kenichi, on za drums. Sounds a lot like Losalios kinda, but they're inactive anyway, so this makes up for it. They just released an album last week.

Interesting band and great sound. Still think they need a vocalist though. It gets kinda boring and repetitive just as an instrumental. At least put something in there for a melody.

Previews and Cover for the new album are out!!!

Cover is bad ass

The new songs are definitely heavier and seem to move more towards their hardcore leanings. Also sounds like TK and 345 are sharing lines more.

Looks like it's going to be another bad ass album. Can't wait!
