I guess, it just felt frustrating to play through almost exact same content twice. The only difference was that there were some minigames that were harder. Oh and Luigi jumped higher.

When he's going fast, Luigi doesn't stop as much as he skids.  That alone makes a lot of levels a lot harder, especially with all the places you can fall into a black hole to your death.  And yeah, in the minigames, the rolling ball minigame is significantly harder, as I recall.

In Europe and Japan, Mario Galaxy 2 will include a tutorial DVD that teaches you how to play the game. Mega 64 gives you a sneak peek of what it'll contain -- so you can be sure you know how to play Mario!

Epic video is epic.

I got Mario Galaxy 2, and so far I think it's awesome and even better than the first, but in many ways. The biggest improvement I liked about it: the challange
The first one was good, but it was a cakewalk, this at least asks you to be on your toes, to react faster to things. Sure, there are still a bunch of easy stars, but the number of easy ones looks to be a lot less, and the variety of the stages is stunning.'

I confess this game got me by surprise, and I'm so glad it did. It's just great!

I'm hoping to get this game eventually. I loved Galaxy 1 but it was completed too easily so I traded it in XD

I completed Galaxy 2! Man that game was great! Just different challenges and something new to keep you interested each time you play made it a lot of fun to play. As I never played the first Galaxy, it was a new experience for me too. Not like there was much story, which is crazy cause for a game with next to no narrative, I've never felt this satisfied with a game ending for a while. With the music and how everything wraps up at the end, I had a huge grin on my face. Who else wants to bet that in Galaxy 3 Mario hunts down Luma to get his hat back? XD

You need something like this to counteract playing games like Red Dead Redemption (as brilliant as it is), as it can leave you feeling kind of down, like I'd been left thinking man, maybe people just survive to lie and screw you over XD You play Galaxy 2 where everything is super positive and it just makes you feel happy playing it. I think it's the best Mario game I have played, beating Mario 64. Now aiming to get every star now :D

I'm playing Super Paper Mario with the nephew lately and it is funny as hell! Like I genuinely laughed out loud when a goomba was hypnotised into being the enemy and his goomba friend yelled out "GARY NO!!!"

Look at this vid of a chameleon geek trying to chat up Princess Peach XD

I think I've watched The Brothers Mario about 4 times. It always leaves me in awe.
