Well within JPH!P I don't think there's one as I did a search on メン☆ドル or Mendol and there's nothing found. That's why I created this thread.

Post by: frblckstr1 on October 07, 2008, 08:31:27 PM: Its simple: some time ago Stage48 wasn't really there yet, but some of us here wanted to talk about AKB48 so the one thread with a lot of discussion grew into a whole sub-forum.
But now Stage48 is the main place to go for news and info for and Niho-gogo is for the crazy stuff.
You will find most of the 'old gang' from this sub-forum there now.

Yeah, I've only ever uploaded one torrent and whenever I seed something ti seems everyone else stops downloading it. XD

Got it now though; was a bit wary this episode wouldn't be as good as the others after the first couple of minutes but ti soon picked up. Now I'm just annoyed that after three episodes in two days I have to wait another five for the next.

I watched it with Spanish subs on Youtube, even though I don't speak/understand Spanish. XD I typed and pasted a lot in Google translate, but it was worth it.

There are some who say it was bad cuz of the acting, but they still liked it cuz of its wacky plot. I liked the plot, and their acting didn't ruin it for me.

Mendol had a weird script and not the best acting but a good storyline and just plain funny at times.

Haruna was the best looking male of the three so it's easy why any male would like her and think he's turning into a homosexual.

Too bad the DVD set only has the Japanese language and no non-Japanese subtitles :thumbdown:
The DVD set would probably sell (more) if it had, at least, English subs.

Just re-watched it and it was still funny XD

I think Mendol 2 is something we won't see for quite while. They're all so busy with various other projects.

I'm not saying it'll never happen, because they did leave the door open for a sequel... but I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for it to come out.

I did like KaixRay pairing first... then after seeing lots of drama from AKB, I changed my mind to liking AtsuMina pairing.

So to me Mendol is the most interesting drama ever...

I really really hope they will make Mendol season 2... and with some of the senbatsu members.

It would be great if they can included Maeda Atsuko too in the drama.

Nowadays, AKB has been concentrating more on the new members... I prefer if they concentrate more on the first few generations (i.e. 1st-3rd generation especially).

Well since there hasn't been any news about making the second season, AKB might not be making them at all; I mean it's been 4 years since Mendol came out in year 2008.
