Well, I can give some tips of help with the sync/edit stuff. If your software allows multritracking - which I suppose it does- load one long video which you'll use as "background" (Once you've applied the chroma filter and rendered it in a new video). Then add the parts you want to edit in another track above the "background". Preview the new track until you find which part you want to keep and crop it. Put a bookmark in the beginning of the clip so that you can cut and paste it onto the "background" track(You don't need to do this, but I've noticed it saves a lot of time while rendering the video to its definite version). This will work fine for the long videos (the dance, close-ups and "long" shots) 'cause they have the exact same lenght. As for the shortest clips, you'll have to mess around a little with them.
Maybe you'll have to adjust the audio so that it starts before the video timeline ( I had to in mine, but I'm not sure whether it's due to a mistake I did while rendering). It's a good thing, though, since it'll allow you to add the title credits.
