Right. My problem is more the social aspect. My assumption of such event is that of a happy gathering, where people are eating/drinking together and enjoy talking to each other, amongst other things. I fear of killing the mood for the Japanese around.

I think it will be fine, and an opportunity not to be missed...

As I said earlier, I think it's worth finding out how many fans there are there etc.

Probably might be more awkward for you than them, if you don't understand what's going on/able to join in so much...

So which MV's are on the discs isn't specified yet; Pop could be 10 and Power could be 6 if I'm correct.

If the entire Ground Crew set of 21 songs is on it that would be nice. But as it is an edit maybe not.

The selection of non single tracks on these seem a bit lackluster to me.

I count around 12 songs per version, which makes it 24 total. If memory serves me right Tracks by itself had 20 songs. So I guess the only real benefit for these might be the HD content on the blu-rays, granted what actual content makes it to the blu-rays still remains to be seen since some of the stuff is listed as "edits" . . .

Yep, that is how it usually works with special idol merchandise. First at the event or for the fan club. If something is left over, they sell it later for everyone.

As she is a big fan of action movies I assume something like a Bruce Willis character of some kind. Don't know that genre too much. But she reminds me of some action hero there.
