I LOVE tiny hats! I have a tiny strawhat myself~

I think tiny hats can look cute in some cases- but imo, only really suited for a gothic lolita or lolita style- but of course there are other cases. Most of the time, when I see tiny hats I think to myself "That's not a hat. Hats are bigger. Why shrink it?"

To me they always look cute OAO; though sometimes the size can be a little rediculous...
