"Michishige-san! There's something I want to give you, so could I come to your dressing room later?"

Since this is the first time I've had a close conversation with Kanon-chan,
I was surprised that she called out so suddenly☆

"Yeah, that'd be alright. Come on over to the dressing room later."
I said

And this is what she gave me!

It was some biscuit-cookies called
"Sweet red-bean soup Sandwiches"☆☆☆☆☆

"Everyone, please try some,"
she said, so all the members ate.

They were amazingly tasty☆
I couldn't stop myself from eating about 5 of them(^_^)v

Today I'm gonna introduce the other three(≧∇≦)


The first photo is Sayashi Riho-chan a.k.a. Yasshii☆
She's a 6th grader(◎o◎)
Yasshii's super cuute♪
It's like my eyes are automatically drawn to her.
When she bows and stuff, she does so with a deeper seriousness than others
and though she has a small and slender body, you get the feeling that inside is a mature and reliable person.....
I admire her(*^o^*)

She's also really good at dancing!
Her hair is silky too♪♪♪♪
Since she's from Hiroshima prefecture, which is right next to my own Yamaguchi prefecture, I wonder if I should try talking to her in my home dialect♪～θ(^0^ )


Next up, the second photo is Ikuta Erina-chan a.k.a. Eripon☆She's a 1st year middle-schooler♪
Eripon's really assertive! In fact she's the one who to came to talk to me first o(^-^)o
Around when I'd just joined I definitely wouldn't have been able to do that.
I think that's pretty amazing!
Eripon seems pretty plucky, so I look forward to seeing the various things we talk about(^o^)／


And finally, the 3rd photo is Suzuki Kanon-chan a.k.a. Zukki☆
She's a 6th grader like Yasshii(◎o◎)

That's totally me. 
The question is about Kyouiku-Gakari, the tutors newbie members get when they come in to Morning Musume.  They did it with Maki and the 4th gens, skipped 5th and 6th, and assigned Sayu to Koharu when she came in, so I asked if they planned to attach tutors to the 9th gens.  She said,

Most likely.  Aichan and I discussed it, and she said she definitely wanted to have tutors.  Reina and I actually have the plan that, no matter how many new members come in, 6th gens should take care of all the tutoring.  It's all part of the plan for 6th gen dominance - first we've got to convert the 9th gens.  But it's probably not going to happen like that, since these will be the first real juniors that Aika gets.  So if there's just one or two, Aika will probably tutor them, but if there are several then we'll probably all be paired up.  But saying that I have experience as a member tutor is an overstatement.  I mean, I was paired with Kusumi Koharu, after all.  It was less like tutoring, more like cleaning up after her, so none of us have much experience as a tutor, really (which is kind of rude to Koharu, but...).  As far as Koharu is concerned I wasn't doing much tutoring at all.  It was more like cleaning up after her, praising her when she did well, and hooking up the fax machine at her home. 

(Staff member asks what a tutor is really supposed to do)  What?  What a tutor is supposed to teach is stuff like manners, or helping to learn dances and songs.  She's supposed to tutor them in the basics of being Morning Musume, but for Koharu it was more like teaching the basics of being a human being, which was a lot harder.   Although I did teach a little bit of dance.

I sent a half dozen e-mails before the new year; this is how long it takes between recordings.  I write into radio shows as American Mamire (アメリカンまみれ, "covered in American").  It's a meme that started with Melon Kinenbi radio shows back a few years ago with a listener called Masao Mamire.

Last time I wrote in, I got the Usa-Pi Taishou, and they mailed me the show's clear file.  I kind of want to get another...

I sent in another half dozen to AKB48's Konya wa Kaeranai the same day with the same name, which haven't been read.

The only thing I remember about Sayu's "mentoring" of Koharu was that Sayu was so stressed that she (Sayu) plucked out her own eyebrows. I'm glad she gave more details about her experience. 

I like the idea of 6th gen teaching the 9th gen. Maybe Aika can get one kyuukkie.
