Saw the first episode on Spike and didn't bother watching the second.

All style, no substance.  And the style isn't to my liking, either.  The dubbing is annoying, especially that side-kick that follows him everywhere.

The only thing remotely interesting to me is the backstory - not of the headband - but of the feudal/futuristic world.

Watched a Sammy interview on spike, and he said they were working on a script for a "live action" version.
Usually I hate all live action animes, with the exception of "Cutie Honey" , but with Sammy, you know it's gonna kick ass.
He also said they want the Azumi director to do it.

There are two episodes out now? I saw it on Spike the other day but they showed what I'm guessing is the first episode twice in a row.

The program guide had two episodes in a row, so assumed the second one was the second episode - it probably was a rerun.

When I saw the name I thought it was a joke

I'm actually more interested in the soundtrack than the actual show.

The animation I think is too over the top for my tastes anyways.

I have to agree with what someone mentioned above that it's sorta like cowboy bebop. I liked bebop so we'll see how this goes.

After watching this show...I guess my opinion has changed.  I must say I kinda like it!

It's definitely all style and no substance, especially when you take into consideration this thing is only five episodes, hardly enough to make a decent storyline.  That's what you have to take it for really otherwise you won't get anything out of it.

Love the soundtrack. RZA did a nice job with the score.

I think this show is okay... it's not something I would plan my TV time around to watch, though, just watch it if nothing else happens to be on.

Just watched Resurrection today, Afro slicing 'em all up.
Had to watch the 5 eps from 2 years ago first, since I had only seen bits of them.
"Yo, microphone check one, two, what is this? The five foot assassin with the roughneck business"
"Are you my mummy?"
"Hello, Sweetie."
"Who's scruffy looking?"
