How about adding some Japanese on the banners too, for our brothers and sisters who visit the site on the regular? They make up like 40-60% of our traffic so gotta show some love. Like this one phrase Rika said in her blog:

一人一人の力が合わさって大きなパワーになると信じましょう！ translated by ~Dan~ as "if we all work together we'll become strong"

How about one general sig for everyone to use too? For all of us to be UNITED!
