10/30: Germany, Switzerland and Austria
11/02: Portugal, UK & Spain
11/04: Finland & France

So it first drops in Europe on Oct 30... but it doesn't include France (at least not until Nov 4).  Dang, does that still mean the album won't be available for purchase at Chibi Japan Expo?  :wth  Does this mean Yossy can sign my boob instead?  :thumbsup

While I'm still excited for the new album, I gotta admit I'm a little bummed that TOP SECRET is getting the PV instead of Sadistic Dance.  :\
