Rangers HAVE to be the fave in The World Serious, no matter who emerges from the Senior Circuit. Rested bullpen, monster bats. And "home-field advantage" ain't worth diddly if don't got the horses.

well I guess an extra day over the Cards, it should be a good series and mainly in one time zone

(I think its two iirc) but with probably Carpenter vs. Wilson as first game starters, we should have a great game 1

Ack, didn't know just how BADLY hurt Hamilton was hurt until I saw him play today. Bad in the field, hurts to swing... Nelson Cruz was on a roll but he's no AL MVP or anything out there. And neither is Michael Young, for that matter.

Nope. Just carved em up. What a crazy series, so many what ifs. Like if Nelson Cruz went all the way in Game 6 to catch that ball. The pitching matchups, the rain delay. CLASSIC!
