在日本的时候老是为了吃这个牛奶包而奔波~木有想到一直记得，竟然还特意买了来好感动开森死了~

开森死 is some sort of term I've never heard of and cannot find any meaning for.

Pretty sure she is making a joke about people telling her to get out of bed, which would be one of 滚's possible meanings here. But it can also mean roll, so instead of getting out of bed like they were telling her, instead she decided to roll around in the bed.
