There's a couple of mistakes that I didn't notice until after it was uploaded, and the Bass 'solo' isn't exactly what Tomomi plays; but rather what I thought sounded good, it's not too far off though.

Learning to listen by ear? That sounds, to me at least, almost impossible

It's easier now -a-days then it was in the cassette tape days.  First, tune your guitar proper with an electric tuner.  Next, using software player like winamp with DSP pitch change plugin like 'Pacemaker'.  Play song and pick a few notes on the guitar.  Adjust the pitch of the song so you are in tune(pacemaker remembers the settings for each song so you don't have to do it over again).  Once, in tune find the scale it's in.  The most important chords are     I    IV   V   

Working out the chords of song takes practice, but  you can make the song sound as you actually hear it.  Something that doesn't always happen when some one else writes down the chords.   To save time, I like to start with other persons chords so I don't have to start from scratch, but I usually adjust it until  I'm satisfied with how it sounds.

I just got into SCANDAL these past few weeks.  They got a lot of great songs, those that are fun and exciting to perform and practice.  I also had a guitar, but had not been practicing.  maybe due to the music I wanna practice/learn with is non-existent.  namely J-rock songs.
Thank you for the SCANDAL music score thread. 

I might just buy the TEMPTATION BOX BAND Score, as well as the old one from SCANDAL. 
If only L'arc~en~Ciel released band scores as well. UPDATE:  THEY DO! on Amazon.co.jp
