Earlier this morning
‘Ohayou!’
Is the only words you can hear all over AKB48 Theatre. Well, some say “Hi!”, “Hello! , “How are you?” …so, it’s not just “Ohayou?”arg!…. whatever!
We have practice for the whole day today as our album will be releasing tomorrow .Since we have some dorama shootings, photo shoots and some other work, having the 48 members together is kinda hard. But today we’re all here, not just 48, I think we’re 100+, including SKE48, SDN48 and NMB48. Our call time is 7am and I’m still sleepy. Now I need to get rid of this sleepy mode…
*Ding*
A sound that means I have an idea… hehehehe!
‘Good morning Ai-chan!’
I said as I walk towards these two girls chatting. Then Ai-chan is giving me an X sign with her both arms.
‘What’s up with that pose? Are you mimicking Mukuchi?’
‘This means… NO HUGGING!!!’
‘Hmm! Well, in that case… MAYUYU!!!’
I hug Mayuyu and she hugs me back.
‘Sasshi!’
We’re swaying and laughing as we hugged each other then I felt a shiver in my spine. Could it be… Death Verdict!!!
‘Sasshi!!! I thought you were going to teach me some wotagei today!’
Someone said as she drags me away from Mayuyu and she whispered…
‘What are doing? Do you want to die?’
‘Well girls, Sasshi and I will do some wotagei for warm up, you want to come?’
The two little girls show their rejection on Akicha’s request and off we go. She saved me from BLACK… that was really close, and the sleepy mode is gone! We’re few steps away when we heard Mayuyu speak…
‘What? What’s with that stare?’
To which Ai-chan replied…
‘Nothing!’
‘That’s your price for being a tsundere!!!’
‘Shut up!’
I want to look back to see what kind of reaction Ai-chan shows as Mayuyu say this things to her but Akicha pulled me closer to her.
‘Don’t look back! So… you have a big chance on Lovetan! Stop doing stupid things and focus!’
I’ll never knew Akicha will be this supportive.
‘Look a vendo machine… I need to buy some green tea!’
She let go off me and started to buy a tea, she loves tea...maybe someday she will introduce a new flavor of tea and call it “Aki Tea”. Ahehehehe... Ah! Wait...
‘Oi! What about our wotagei warm up?’
‘Huh? I’ll pass!’

After 2 hours of rehearsing
‘Ok girls! Toilet break! 15mins!’
Takamina said and everyone sighed as we’ve finally have some break.
‘Look at her, she mad at you! Mad Lovetan is so cute!’
‘Yeah, she’s so cute! Wait she’s mad… Why?
‘Who’s mad with who?’
‘Well, Sashiko hugged Mayuyu in front of Lovetan.’
Akicha said and these 3 girls looked at Ai-chan who’s talking to Wasamin and Harugon and look back at me giving angry stares.
‘Bad move! Mommy Sasshi’
Ami-chan said as she raises her eyebrow while Akicha, hmm she's nodding.
‘Tsk, tsk, tsk , I don’t know what will happen to you if Yukirin sees that kind of scene!’
Mochi said and Akicha started laughing.
‘Yukirin is there, good thing the 3 captains were talking and it happened that I was there and save her… Hey! You didn’t say “Thanks” to me! What if I steal Lovetan from you?’
‘Akicha, don’t do that... coz she might fall for you, mommy Sasshi will be sad’
‘Ami-chan!!!’
‘Seriously Sasshi, what are you doing? You’re taking Lovetan for granted. What if one day she wakes up and realise that she’s in love with Akicha! Akicha loves cute things you know.’
‘Akicha??? No way!!! And Lovetan is not just a thing!!!!’
I’m raising my voice now and I want to kill these 3 girls but...
‘15mins Toilet break is over… Ok from the top!’

Finally, our lunch break arrives. I ate my lunch as fast as I could because I want to get away from these 3 girls who’s mocking me, maybe they’re not mocking me, but that’s so annoying . It’s too annoying coz all the things they said was true. I walk to the corridors and found Mayuyu standing in front of me.
‘What’s wrong?’
I said in an annoyed tone but she just stared back at me.
‘Don’t play Nezumi on me today; I’m not in the mood.’
‘Do you like Lovetan?’
I’m kinda surprise at her question and I started thinking “What’s with her?”
‘No… I don’t!’
I look at Mayuyu’s eyes as I said these words to her and continued…
‘That’s true… I don’t like her!’
I can’t explain what kind of reaction this Idol Cyborg is giving, I think her cyborg mind crushed or maybe shut down. What have I done!
‘Mayuyu!’
Mayuyu suddenly back from reality as I called her name and shaking her then we heard something fall in the floor and rolled behind my feet.
A fruit juice in can… the two of us stared at the can then look at the direction where the can came from and there we saw…
Ai-chan.
‘Ai-chan!’ ‘Lovetan!’
We said in unison.
By then Ai-chan start to run.
‘Shit!’
Sorry for that bad word, I can’t help it then I start to run after her.
‘Sasshi, no running in the corridor!’
Mayuyu shouted and started laughing. Ai-chan is a member of “Watarirouka Hashiritai” so, she’s allowed to run in the corridors? That’s not fair! How about me, I’m a member of “Not Yet” so... I’m not yet allowed! What’s with these silly sub unit’s name anyways... NO3B, obviously they are; DIVA, suits them very well; French Kiss, are they going to French kiss each other? 3GTB (3 Girlfriend To Be) will suits them better! Snap out of it Sashihara and run faster!
‘Wait!!!’

I don’t know what happen, the next thing I know, my face flat on the ground.
‘Ouch!’
I looked at Ai-chan and it seems like she stopped running and she’s checking me from 5 meters away. And to my surprise I saw tears falling in her checks. Is she crying? No... maybe that’s her sweat!
I try to stand up but Ai-chan started to run again!
‘Oh! Come on!’
Then I run after her again. After a while Ai-chan slows down, well there’s saying “If you run fast, you’ll get tired!” of course! This is my chance so I run faster and when she’s inches away from me I hugged her from behind to make her stop.
‘Let go off me!’
That’s what she said and pushed me away.
‘Why are you following me? I’ll never end in this place if you don’t chase me! And Yes! I get it, y...you don’t like me!’
‘Ai-chan... I.....’
I kinda lost of words coz she looking at me in a weird way and it’s so cute then she hold my arms and started pulling me. We stopped at bench near a convenience store, she demanded for me to sit down.
‘Sit there and wait!!!’
‘Yes! Ma’am!’
After a minute she came back, holding 2 bottled water. She gave me one bottle to me, sits beside me and drinks her water. I also the drink my water, running for a long time makes you fell thirsty right? After she finished drinking, she looks at my face, a bit closer, ah... getting closer, my face is getting red and redder till I can’t take it anymore.
‘What are you doing?’
‘Hold still!!!’
She took something on her pocket, opened it and placed it on my forehead.
‘Next time, be careful when you’re running! Let’s go back... Takamina will be mad if we’re late.’
I took a mirror and looked at it and I saw a cute band aid in my forehead, ah... I slipped earlier, I forgot!
We headed back at the theatre and I stopped at the spot where Ai-chan begun to run. She’s now one step ahead of me.
‘Ai-chan!’
She turned back and said...
‘uhm?’
All the things that Akicha, Mochi and Ami-chan said replayed on my head while I’m looking at her and thinking where will I start... This time I’ll make it right, plus I don’t want to see an “AiKicha” coupling thread in the near future.
‘I want you to hear what’s in my heart. I’m so happy that I assigned in same team as yours, then the team shuffle came and we end up in the same team again. I don’t know when I started liking you... I thought you’re just my oshimen... The one I really look up to. The one I want to support all the way. But then I started missing you, even if I see you, I still miss you. Even if you’re talking to me... I keep missing you. I don’t know what’s happening so I keep my distance from you. I try to focus my attention to others. But no matter how far I distant, the more I wanted to see you, I wanted to talk to you, I wanted to hug you, to touch you, to feel you, to kiss you, I know I sounded like a pervert but it’s true... ‘
I try to get a glimpse on her and she’s showing “What is she talking about? I didn’t get it!” reaction or maybe that’s what I think coz I can’t read her and she’s a little blurred in my sight. hmmm! My sight become blurry, eh~ I’m crying so I started rubbing my eyes and continued...
‘By then I finally realised that I don’t like you anymore... ‘
Trying my best to look her in her eyes and then I said....
‘Ota Aika, I love you!’
‘I don’t know if I can still reach you, but I’m taking my chances...’
What happened next really surprise me… Ai-chan came close to me and hugged me tightly. Then she released me then looked at me and kissed me on my lips… I can’t explain what I’m feeling and I respond by kissing her back. Her lip is so soft and she taste like cherry. How I wish the time stops so we can be in this moment forever. But time didn’t stop.
‘Come on, I don’t want to be late.’
She said after she broke the kiss and she now showing a cutest smile I ever saw. She started walking…
‘Ai-chan!!!’
I called her again. She turn around and said…
‘What???’
While stumping her feet. She’s so cute that I wanted to squeeze her but I don’t want to play around today…
‘I love you… Do you love me too?’
Isn’t it obvious? She kissed me… but I want to hear it! Heart to heart!
‘Do you really want to know?’
‘Of course… Say it, Do you love me too?
‘NO! I DON’T!!!’
