Yeah, I'd imagine there will be a separate fan club dvd release about the fc tour itself, just like there has been before (Hong Kong 2005, Hawaii 2004 etc...)

Well thats why I get confused... see what counts for the FC stuff... if its just stuff strictly related to the FanClubs planned agenda then thats footage of the photo time, the stretching, the question answer in the convention center, and the concert in the waikiki shell. The stuff sazabi and my friend saw would not be part of the FC tour as that was after the FC left... so would that be for Alo-Hello?... thats where I get confused. I might be right? or perhaps they did it before the FC tour?... I guess my question is... when did they do it... thats probably it. If not a better definition of whats on FC content.

The FC content relates to FC activities. They did more than just the photoshoot and the concert with the FC people, and that's what the FC would be about. This one is a normal "Alo-Hello". Watch the previous ones and you'll get the idea.

Ahh thanx reyfer, always helping me understand things... see so I am right ot assume what my friend saw might be for the alo-hello cause the FC was no were there...hehe yay...lol.
I know I saw some hawaii things from 2003 but I'm not sure what I saw... but I get the idea... I still can't wait for it now... hehehe hawaii wheeee!

Great news! The previous Alo-Hello's have been pretty damn awsome. I hope this one will be as good, if not better.

By the way, the first MM Alo!Hello was the one where they separated into Sakura-Gumi and Otome-Gumi and they each "come up" with their own idea of what to do, and other members within the Gumi "decide" whether to do it or not right?

Nope. JunJun and LinLin were not part of MM by then (in the sense that they had not been officially introduced, that happened at Yossi's grad)

It's cool that they're having a new alo-hello, but the timing couldn't be worse. Momusu is so different from what it was at the time.
The perfect time should have been like a week or 2 before Yossi graduated.

That's my point... she isn't even in Momusu anymore... plus the two pandas were added, not exactly the momusu you're going to see on the DVD.

Everything looks pretty fun though I wonder how certain pairs, like Ai and Aika would fair. Ai-chan has always been quiet and we don't know if Aika would take the lead since she is the junior. Koharu aka spazzy and Eri aka kooky seem to have the potential for laughs :on lol: and gosh Risa and Yossi is just :mon lmao:. The cab scene was priceless.

I doubt it, looking at the previews she plays an important role in it.
I'm guessing more of an edit of that Miki is no longer in Morning Musume, they were probably going to have a Yoshizawa graduation special thing in it, and show Miki as the new leader.

They probably can't edit her completely out of it (assuming that THAT is what they're trying to do). From the preview vids, it looks like she has a central role in the "scavenger hunt"-type activity. At the worst, they'll probably just try and minimize the amount of footage of her they use and try and fill it up with more of the other members.
However, to wait this long before doing announcing it does seem a little fishy. If they had announced it immediately/shortly after her resignation it would have still sucked, but we would have understood the reasons why. Doing now, just seems suspicious IMO.

They may just edit the extras (if there was some mention of Miki's new leader role), or as my niece says, maybe they are adding some things to the extras like Yossi and Miki's messages. The only time when they edited someone out, it was because she was suspended due to a scandal (Kago). Miki resigned, and there was no real scandal, so I don't see a real reason to edit her out, just to edit any mention to "leader".

Ya I doubt its to edit miki out, that seems over done... its probably to fix out some things like the any mention of who the leader is (but not removing the leader) or perhaps it could be something as simple as a packaging error... imaging having to fix that many units of DVD cases with new labels.... O.O.... in any case... no worries right?... lets keep positive!

Correct, its *not* cancelled, just 'on hold' still means I can't put it 'into the basket' because there is no button for pre-order while its on my wishlist, so I have to check back until the button is there.

Ok, finally watched the Alo-Hello DVD and I'm DONE!
The fun bits were only like in the first 10-15 minutes or so. They were basically at the pool goofinng around. Then they got split into teams. I forget the team names, but it was Ai/Mittsi, Yossi/Risa, Sayu/Reina, and Eri/Koharu. Miki was like their helper. Basically, they had to get from their start point to the place where Miki is in Ala Moana I think. There's a bunch of stuff like buying souveniers, pictures at the beach, random pervs staring at them, and a BUNCH of eating. I think the funniest group was the Yossi/Risa group. XD I won't spoil, but Yossi and claw games.. XD. So once the groups got to the house (One group got there LATE), they looked at the pictures they took, then when the last group got there and saw their pics, A BIG ASS CAKE came in. It said Morning Musume in Hawaii 2007. Then it's the end. The sad and touching thing was that Sono Deai no Tame ni played as the last song for the slideshow of the trip. T_T. Overall, good DVD, gets KINDA boring at points but fairly interesting. It needed more bikinis though...
EDIT: Oh ya! Miki does some interesting things too! Basically she does nothing except sit on the couch, play with a cute-ass puppy, and jump on a trampouline! But she doesn't get edited out! Like I said, she helps them out and I guess talls them where to go while making fun of them for messing up.

MORNING MUSUME IN... HAWAII!!!!
I was so pumped up to see this I burned the ISO right away (DVD's on the way by mail mochiron) and popped it into my DVD player!
Love the start... it was a nice way to start off...
Immediately once I saw something that could serve as a landmark I paused and I asked my mom if she knew where that was. As a result my mom watched almost the whole thing with me! It was fun though I did spend a lot of time having to tell her which group was which (not using names but mostly based on where they started for day 2).
My mom and I had a fun time, since she knows here better than I do she was constantly inquisitive of where they are now and would exclaim when she knew and laugh at the funny points.She kept questioning how they spent so much time around random places but they didn't run into japanese people hehe. She really enjoyed seeing Reina and Sayu being silly and was surprised by the fact that Ai and Aika are so far apart in age. My mom doesn't know much japanese but yet she got a good vibe off it all and understood some of the better parts including the fact that yossie doesn't listen much ^^.
This was one of the funniest ones I've seen I think, because instead of having them do activities in random order it was almost like a scavenger hunt for them to get home adventure! It keep me involved the entire time, not only wondering if they were going the right way but if they were gonna end up doing something silly next!
I really hope they come to hawaii again soon, as it seems like joyous occasions!
Eri and Koharu were funny and energetic (still love Koharu's "Basu Kamon!")
Reina and Sayu were adorable, really love how much fun they have when they are doing things (I don't want to spoil things either but its adorable and funny)
Risa and Yossie were also funny because they seem to be working out like a comedy duo half the time, yossie being the sillier of the two....lol
Ai and Aika were really cute! The whole time they seemed rather curious about things and were so grateful when they found out they were on track.
Miki...well what can I say about her? She was great being perfectly herself with her attitude and joking commentary. Getting to spend time at the house with pool and dino puppy. I really love how she greats them too, always so cute!
The only thing I didn't like is how close they were and how i missed them... Diamond Head? Ala Moana!? Soooo Close and yet I missed them... ya know.
But I love love love it!

Loved it, especially the first bit messing in the pool and water park. Sayu was so scared of the big slide lol.
Was interesting watching everyone getting around, they did well with their English, especially Yossi. but Yossi DID seem pretty tired, late night on the dry maternities I think :D koharu cracked me up trying to call a bus on the phone when speaking to a recorded message lol, also dancing with Eri at the bus stop in front of weird blokes in hats :D And Reina REALLY didn't fancy walking up that hill lol
But yes, just how funny is sticking a compass to the window, are we missing something here?

I was surprised at how good Ai's English was. It seemed like she decided everything for her team. I don't remember if Aika did anything. Also, when Sayumi and Reina were waiting at the last bus stop, those guys in the background looked creepy.

OH YA Koharu on the phone with the bus company machine was hilarious! she thought she could speak to a person but got the machine and went on to try to get the thing to respond by saying "bus" over and over
The compass thing was hilarious, cause it was so unexpected, like you saw the compass at the beginning when they were in the car and they just looked at it for awhile, but it wasn't till they were on the bus that they tried to figure out why the compass had that stand to it... and then hey wait... window! LOL, all that time probably wondering why it had a stand and poop it sticks to the window...lol. I guess its something that you get the giggles for after being out for so long, they were probably wondering about it for awhile since the two of them had to wait for the bus for so long in comparison.
Yossie was funny because she kept sleeping, though some of it seemed to be her trying to be funny, cause she'd just sit there with her eyes closed and then kinda gyah! Risa with her sudden surprise attack...lol.

You've been having ah ard time with it? there's like 140 seeds for it, things shouldn't take more than a day tops! (when there was only 1 seed I started and I finished it before the package arrived at my door, granted I had just ordered it too but htats not the point). Well when you get it then it'll be awesome for you!
Really there isn't much to not love for it! One of the more subtle not amazingly funny but ok to spoil part would be Reina and Sayu trying to find a bus and following a tour bus some ways before realizing it wasn't a regular bus! Adorable! Me thinks they all had lots of bus fun... lucky for them that most of the buses they took were new enough to have the voices for when they reach key points, otherwise on those crowded buses it might have been hard to get off in the right place (like for eri and koharu ^^)
so much fun I gotta watch it again soon.

Eri & Koharu team FTW, i like how Eri talks to Miki, very much like a close friend :D
Of course the main footage is right at the start where the girls were showing off what they have XD Love Miki's bodyline, and amazed at how she keeps it that way with her unbalanced diet and lack of exercise. The best close up belongs to Sayu imo. Her wink + slight bite of the tongue was ... a turn on ... i'm perverted i know :D

Koharu/Eri were seriously the dream team throughout this whole thing. As others have mentioned Koharu's, "BUS COME ON!" into the phone was hilarious, and another one of my favorite parts in the DVD is when Eri and Koharu go up to a few people on the beach to ask where they were, so the guy tells them, and Koharu can't pronounce it, and just as they're leaving, the guy says "Aloha!" and Koharu turns around, says aloha back, and then just goes, "WHOO~~" So delightfully awkward for the people sitting there. That part had me laughing so much. XDD

Me thinks its time to award groups with different prizes of goodness!
Most Comedic Duo: Yossie/Risa, for their ability to play silly and straight man in addition to their directional blunders and jokes on each other (involving yossies lack of direction and inability to listen) they are the most comedic of duos, especially with their instance with team ai^2). Also the fact that unlike the others they took time out to have fun intentionally.
Most Adorable Duo: Reina/Sayu, for these too being adorable is no question, from the moment they started out they were adorably confused and unsure of what was going on, but its their funny and adorable camera work that wins them the award, as they found a way to make the time they spent having a lot of fun.
Most Expressive Duo: Kokame, unlike the others Koharu and Eri had the fartherest distance to go and seemed to be wandering intentionally more than the others. The fact that Koharu and Eri have tons of energy to expend made that possible. From calling the bus to the moment in the store where Koharu couldn't control her volume. In the end they had the farthest to go and did rather well to keep themselves happy and expressive!
Most Silly Duo: Ai^2 aka Team Umbrella, Ai and Aika have the right combination of clumbsy and spacy but still sharp and inquisitive that make them really silly and darling. From there side by side stance leaning on the chair in the car, then their commentary guesses on where they were (which was wrong and funny because of it), and ending with the their taxi, they had just the right flavor of knowing and not knowing to make their experience fun and enjoyable in an unpredictable way. Named Team Umbrella because of their horrible control of their own umbrellas that was cute!
This DVD was so fun I wanna keep talking about it! everyone talk about hte good stuff!

Ahaha Sayu had her pinky up while talking on the phone. xD It was funny.
Anyways, I liked it. Yossi & Gaki was a hilarious team! They were so funny. They were making jokes about each other and when they saw Ai & Aika in the cab.. Funny! Ai & Ai were pretty adorable~ They seemed kinda clumsy and silly and that was so cute. Eri & Koharu team was funny too. They were energetic and when Koharu told "Bus come on!" on the phone it totally cracked me up. xD Sayu & Reina team was cute, cause they were totally out of it. They didn't no what to do. xD They just looked cute in camera. Hahah.

after hearing all this about the Alo-hello! 2, i really want to watch it now. mostly i'm busy so never had the time to watch it. i'm downloading rite now and am planning to watch it ASAP. i really love the comments and info of the vids, thanks for all of that. i'm really looking forward to all the cutesy, adorable, wacky moments and overall, lovely. They were play-dating and play-dramaing sorta... It was adorable and I think shows how fun of a group they can be together. If it were any other group I doubt it would be as fun (Yossie would probably sleep for example).

I think of all things Miki's was rigged ya, but I don't mind that cause I don't think there was a better spot for her than at the house... though she coulda used the trampoline more, but that probably shows how much she likes to just sit somewhere...lol.

They rented two houses! The first day they were at a different house (on the hawaii kai side of town) and the second day they were in tantalus... T_T I strolled Waikiki, Ala Moana, and Ward too no luck and they were in regular places! It'll be impossible to ever catch them unless I'm extremely lucky.... next time we need ot make a Hawaii network

Her english wasn't bad, don't get me wrong, but I thought she'd speak some more since she's always said she's so interested in it and studies it on her own(and btw, I'm pretty sure the words like plantation, golf-course... etc. were in the papers they were given at the beginning). Also, after seeing her Uta-doki perf of CHA CHA CHA I thought "wow, she got her english lines almost perfect" so maybe I expected a little too much of her, but hey, good job anyways.

It was both fun and funny. They really took me to places, Reina and Sayu did a very good job up the mountain. The first day just seems out of place. 8)

The first day actually seemed more up to their norm, in the past it always seems like something happens related to Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park though, they go there all the time they are here, even for fanclub things (like Mari and Nono) they had their activity near Hawaiian Waters.
But regardless the days seem to make sense, give them one day of fun before torturing them for day two...
Next time Dj we'll be ready right?... a Hawaii Network.... then we'll be prepared... we just gotta set it up right to scout the right area...lol crazy thought I know but you know how lucky we might get.

I expected Ai-chan's English to be better as well. Maybe she didn't have time to learn the language more since they are always so busy.
My fave scenes are:
Team EriHaru: Eri's messy umbrella, Eri bumping into Koharu on the bus, Eri's running away and screaming at spoting bugs, Koharu's 'Bus Come On', Koharu hugging the tree, their little dance and hand slapping game at the bus stop :)
Team TakaAika: Ai's 'So Cute' followed by 'Hontoni?', their bad handling of umbrellas, them leaning on the front head rests with arms under their heads and not having anything to say while traveling in the car XD
Team NiiYossi: Risa rushing off before the birds went all nuts around them, Risa dancing DDR, Risa calling Miki all the time, Yossi sleeping, Yossi scaring Risa on the bus, them not knowing which route to take at the crossroads, not taking off their shoes at the temple :lol:
Team SayuNaka: Reina going 'Atsui' even before they got off the car, Reina refusing to walk anymore and Sayu having to pull her hand, Sayu's little "high" reaction with the compass (so embrassing for the both of them :oops:), Sayu's 'expression' in that pic they took which caused quite a commotion in the review segment (I heard Risa yell 'Oi Sayumi' upon seeing the photo :D), them getting splashed by the water while taking pics on the rocks
Base aka Mikitty: Playing with the pooch + trampoline, soaking her feet in the pool, laughing at Koha's Bus Come On, hugging everyone when they returned :P
Everything at the pool and water themepark was pure gold. Definitely the highlight of the DVD :heart:

though the FC tour was one week, I had inaccurately probably expected 7 days because technically there were only three days of events on the fan club tour where they were required to appear, the picture day, the talk to the audience day, and the concert day, so while the most expensive fan people get to be here for so many days it doesn't necessarily mean they had to be here. But I believe it was a couple days after the concert day that they were doing their alohello day 2... if I remember right.
if it was 10 days... thats a lot to have come up so dry...lol
When I was in waikiki during the day when they are allowed to do their photo with the girls they were on a tour of waikiki, seeing a giant pod of wotas walking down the street in their MM shirts, and fan gear... what happens is they tour waikiki and end up at the hotel where the pictures are taken... after that they RAN across the street to go to the store...lol. The next morning I believe they had a morning exercise with the musume then the question/answer game thing in the convention center. And yes the last day is the concert in waikiki shell... other than that they have free time. And many wotas would go infront of the live cam in waikiki and do funny stuff. hehe

I had the spirit to attempt it ...but the thing that makes it hard is the things that are hard to hear in the traffic or air of the area...so patience is definitely needed...hehe
on the good part though with some parts its really clear cause Miki gets her own channel of sound so she is almost clear as a bell..lol
I was watching it again the other day, I still love Yossie and Risa playing around, seems like Yossie was the one who wanted to do all the fun stuff, guess she wanted to make the most of her trip! Which is why they run low on money... and then yossie thinks they could borrow money...silly her...lol
