Everyone's teasing Chiizu on her path to adulthood lol
That was kinda expected
As well as this... IDK why but I knew what it was about but had no pairing that could fit it so don't blame me too much (ChiiNatsu would have fit but I like this a bit better with the awkwardness of the situation)
Peering into the box, the image of what her heart couldn’t comprehend had appeared with his fingers touching the keys like a surgeon. The melody filled the room while null in her position as the rhythm had filled her ear as she pressed up to the glass.
She hated people were right. Her heart had pounded to not see it coming. The deep breaths tightened her chest as she began to walk toward the only sanctuary with the frustration rolling down her cheek. It had become a daily routine to do that. Her mind and heart began to repeat the same message.
“Tell him. Confess.”
It echoed many times before she would run to the door and leave the grounds. For Kojina Yui, it was the procedure of her life for the past two months. The beauty had little of everything since she moved into the school. Her speaking was vastly different from the rest of the school mates but she had caught the eye of the dark-haired male in a hoodie with books in his hands.
His hand ruffled though the mess of hair as he flashed a smile to the people. He quickly turned back to the stern expression as the bell rang and ran upstairs. The chest squeezed out a breath as she looked up and ran up to find the schedule. Jiina sat in the only seat available and placed her books down.
“Kojina? Can you please come to the front?” The teacher asked with a wide smile as he placed his clubbed hand onto her back as he introduced her.
Her eyes turned to the far corner as the male had started to scribble down something as she turned back to the class and introduced herself to the class. Her former mate had given her the nickname Jiina and stuck with it.
Time seemed to strike her quickly as the routine had driven her to only flee rather than to fight what she had wanted to see. Her legs had taken her back as the same question had been asked with the same answer. Jiina had wrote down notes of his beauty and seemingly how much her mouth, tongue, jaw, and mind had betrayed her.
Tomorrow was going to be the day. Repeat. Tomorrow had come and left.
Sickening as it was, Jiina only glanced at the piano in the room. As he would stretch out his fingers, it would strike softly as the little arrows had pierced her heart. The days had seemed to pass when the piano was finally free and she opened the door to the room.
The musk struck her nose quickly as the instruments were lined up on the walls. She quickly ran up to the bench and took a seat. She only had the melody in her mind as her fingers went with what she knew. Everything had become lightning as she played the song with the eyes slowly closing as the sound flowed throughout the room. Jiina lost in the world had the melancholy effect of what she had felt when her eyes opened.
“That was beautiful.” He smiled as her heart dropped into her stomach.
“I’m sorry! Let me…”
“Why are you leaving?” He interjected. “It was beautiful.”
Jiina gazed into the amber eyes and felt her lips quiver at the sight. The body refused to move as she calmly turned back to the piano. She began to play again and heard the sound echoing in the background as she tilted her head to see his hands adding another melody to the song. Her throat closed as she stopped her hands.
“What’s wrong?” He asked.
“It’s nothing. I better go.” Jiina excused herself but his hand firmly gripping her should had frozen her.
“Why can’t I see you up close? You can see me from the window and yet you want to run away.”
There was no answer to it. His firm hand couldn’t stop her but she stopped at the door and felt her weight taken back. She peered up to those eyes again.
“Truthfully… I don’t think beauty had hit me quickly before.” He whispered. “The words don’t want to come out. At least this will.”
She felt her finger lift her chin when his lips hit hers. Jiina couldn’t move from the position and let the action take control. The eyes closed naturally as she began to move her lips before the warmth seemingly melted away into the air before she opened them to see the distance between them.
“You have a weird kissing face.” He smirked. “It looks cute though.”
Her cheeks flared up as he handed her the piece of paper. “Moriyasu Mado. We should practice sometime, I need a partner.”
Jiina breathed out the name as she turned, clutching the bag handle tightly. She turned her head as the hair swung across.
“Thanks.”
“The record we have is twelve seconds. I feel the next one we can go more.” He snickered as he turned to the piano.
Jiina clutched the paper in hand and looked at her phone as she saw a message pop up. The tightness disappeared as she typed the reply. Jiina exhaled as she left the school grounds with more to say at home about her day.
