For those with short attention spans, such as myself, I think drabbles are great.
By strict I mean 100 words.
Anyone and everyone is invited to post!
I shall start the ball rolling with these.
They are based on character pairings and prompts from renai revolution- full credit to them and their cool challenges.
In the second one i have two options as i'm not sure what miyabi is like and which response seems more miyabi.
Fujimoto Miki/Tanaka Reina/Takahashi Ai, lines
Tanaka spreads out the blueprints.
“Granted, Ai Inc has done well- by building power lines across the northern ridge she closes off our possibilities and claims what should be our city.”
Fujimoto’s eyebrows arch. “Loathe to say it then, but our best option…”
“is sabotage” continues winking Tanaka, disconcertingly comfortable on the border of mischief and malevolence. “We blow here,” she draws a heart, “and here.”

A fortnight later, at three in the morning, the explosives go off.
In their boardroom, leaders of Reiki Energy are toasting the incisive execution when they hear an ominous, falling hum.
Darkness.
“crap."
“baaka!!”
Kusumi Koharu/Natsuyaki Miyabi, waterfall (~clever miyabi version~)
It is a quiet waterfall- Miyabi sprawled across the overhang, koharu thoughtful by the plunge pool. Sparkles of light dance around them, lifting gently off the water's surface.
…
“People say we look similar… do we?”
“Well, not exactly!”
"Yes. I alone have the super-long face of world domination"
"Haha! Also, I’m not in love with me."
Koharu swallows, miyabi frowns
"... Baaka! That’s not how things work!! Buu!"
Miyabi laughs, Koharu tries to.
"I wasn't saying anything! Baaka you back!"

Koharu gazes at her feet, miyabi the night sky.
When she turns back, the waterfall is flowing upward.
