THE DANCE OF BACON!
I really like this song...it seems that recent H!P singles have been moving in a more rock-oriented direction and I haven't really been digging the styles emulated so far, but this one veers more towards a type of rock I like, more subtle and beat-oriented with a hint of attitude. Definitely an improvement over the bland and boring "Campus Life", this song is very upbeat and fun.
The decision to go with CG and green screen is a nice break from all the closed set PVs, and the seizure-inducing flashiness really goes well with the song. The black outfits are much better than the white ones (both overall and because we actually get to see some Maimi legs
) and should've been used as the sole look for the group on this song; I'm glad that's what they used for the Dance Shot version, although admittedly it's probably due more to the white outfits not being too practical for it.
I swear I keep picturing Airi floating with her legs out everytime I see this.
The way the song title is written with that Coke-style ribbon graphic really doesn't help matters.
