Been a big fan of Satomi Ishihara for years. Her Pocky Zombie commerical alone put her in every hall of fame that exists. Just finished watching a series called "Tobo Bengoshi" (Fugitive Lawyer) which starred Yusuke Kamiji with Satomi co-starring as the daughter of the victim of the murder that unfairly is pinned on Kamiji's character.
Needless to say, the camera loves Satomi, and she is breathtaking when it comes to physical beauty. She handles the role with skill and hopefully this role will lead to more good roles for her- she is far more than a pretty face. Please watch the series if you get a chance, it seemed a little contrived at first, but as I began to watch each episode, I rapidly became a big fan of this series.

I watched Tobo Bengoshi for Kamiji but I didn't like it. I thought Satomi's acting wasn't very good in that drama. But her new drama Reinoryokusha Odagiri Kyoko no Uso is pretty entertaining. The acting is purposely overdramatic for comedic effect, but it works so I don't think it's bad. And Satomi's character is really cute too.

A new drama (first episode last night) with Satomi Ishihara and.....................Yuko Oshima?
