The pictures are the work of a scanner who these days signs himself as 'lucifer'. He's not someone who scans whole photobooks. He just does pictures he likes. I collect the pictures from alt.binaries.pictures.bluebird. Karolus does the hard work, collecting and posting, and also maintains the CSV. All of the recent lucifer scans of Rika (from the last five years or so) have been re-posted in this thread.
