Fumimaro. Every single time he comes onto the scene with his elegant pose, it's just brilliant.
The best parts had to be the hiccup, and the dandruff. The hiccup was just damn funny, and the dandruff, the way he delicately brushed it off her shoulder before putting his hand on it was friggin hysterical.

Not quite. Remember that these episodes are taped ahead of time from the date that they air. This allows the tech boys plenty of time in post-production to add the graphics (like the countdown). It's how they do their TV there.

I know they do that, thats what make its funny at times also, they can add additional things to add to the sometimes not to understandable 'babbling' :D
If this had gone really bad they would have made a NG, and would have done a retake, but doing the countdown made it funny.

Even with the scripted stuff, there's still no knowing exactly what will happen. Kaori might go running across the stage frightened by a grasshopper, even when coached eri might still say lifulijeleta-, and sayu might dance the wrong way and be rescued by konkon.... :-)
I've wondered a lot about it too, but, regardless, they are the queens of serendipity!
