Depends on what you consider to be beautiful. I love Risa because of her smile and her cute little dimples that appear every so often. I love Yossi because of her eyes and her moles and (most of the time) her hair and also her skin and okay, I love everything about her. ^_^
I love Makoto because she's not your typical idol, and she's a breath of fresh air in a world where you have to be stick-thin to be taken seriously.

I agree with kdlite, in that it depends on one's definition of beautiful. The problem is, you've titled this thread as "Best Lookin" and not actually "beautiful". Now what constitutes "good looking" is HIGHLY subjective. Do you mean facially, body, casual/natural/without makeup, elegant, just so damn fuckin' HAWT that you want to bang the living daylights out of her, what? Are you looking for beautiful? cuteness?
I'm not trying to rag on your thread or anything. It's just that what you're asking for is very vague, and not everyone will submit a response based on the same conditions/criteria as you might be looking for. I suggest that you add more details, a LOT more details. Be super-specific so that we all know EXACTLY what you want (and more importantly, what you DON'T want.

After VERY careful consideration, it's gotta be rika. There are several other contenders, but she comes the closest to being consistently faultless. (Eri with her long hair was a possibility and reina may well come to surpass rika.)

I'd say Rika has the most stunning good looks in my opinion. Just so cute and beautiful, with dainty delicate features.
Kaori, Mari, Reina (maybe I am a bit biased...) Maki and Takahashi are also very attractive girls.

Aya - the one that most cosistantly looks hot! She always looks good, sometimes great and other times :jerk: , but always pretty.
Maki - the one that most makes me wanna jump her bones. She has a look that just raises my flagpole everytime. I don't like her personality much (but we aren't talking about that)
Rika - The one that looks best with her mouth closed. She can be unfathomably stunning when she's not talking or smiling.
Kaori/Yuko - the best elders. Having great gams and a more sophisticated allure, these two are amazingly attractive and "do-able"
Konno - the most cutest! I could just stare at her all day. Then hug her all the next day.
Bottom line: If I have to choose....Aya is the Best Looking in H!P!

When I think of Takahashi I see Crazy About You, Kowarenai ga Hoshii no, and her in a cat suit showing off those great legs. She has to be one of the sexiest.
Yaguchi is just stunning to look at. I think of the early Bus Stop skits and wonder how she is so hot. Best body.
I think Tsuji would be the one I would just want to feel up, she's so built...

Ah, these two are the only H!P girls that their good looks were the first thing that caught my attention.

If you're talking just the face, Yossi. The only fault I find in her is her unaligned teeth. Her face also tends to puff up easily which is....bad. I may be biased, but I can tell you I like her because of her beauty, and not because she's cute, funny, sexy and all other stuff.

Others I find good looking: Eri, Sayu, Kaori, Nacchi.

First Off Rika is Flawless she is truly one of the prettiest. Then thiers Nacchi which i mean GOD Nacchi has a beautiful smile and no matter what she does she always makes me think...(Is she real?) Eri her eyes her pointed lil lips are SO CUTE shes Very Pretty normally but when she smiles it goes from Beautfiul to Cute... dun know why probally cause she looks younger when she smiles. Mari her looks put most the other members to shame her eyes are breathtaking her smile super cute and shes lil shes COMPLETE.. Sayumi her beauty didnt really shine to me since recently but woah that girl is Gorgeous.. and last but not least Nono lately she has just Struck me with her beauty she has beautiful Eyes (great shape) her face is just put together in a great way who cares about her ex-fangs taht girl is beautiful! but if i had to rate the 6 i just mentioned it would go as follows

Face- the least disputable best looking musume is Ishikawa.
You do not have to know her personality to consider her good-looking. in fact she is the only musume i thought good-looking when i first saw a picture of MM.
More interesting and controversial faces are Goto (Rika would hardly pull off androgyny) or Yaguchi (post surgery. looks old, artificial, arresting) or even Tanaka.
'CGed completion' better describes Abe or Matsuura or even Ogawa, if you time your once upon right.
also, Rika's facial shape/ structure probably means she would not look too marvelous bald. this is very important. I suspect Takahashi might look rather good bald. So too Goto.
Kago is the cutest. especially from The Peace onwards. :wink:

well nacchi is more of a house wive type of woman. at least thats what i see in her. thats why i never like the fact she is put in NUN or the new unit cos of her image compare to the other girls just doesnt seem right to me.

Just physically speaking, I still think Kamei is the most gorgeous. Her eyes are beyond amazing.
Also, Takahashi (for... everything), Megu (from C-ute), and every day Gaki gets more and more gorgeous.

All the H!P girls are pretty in one way or another so it makes it hard to decided who is the prettiest. Physically I would say its for MM is Takahashi and Miki. For the rest of H!P I would say Mari,Rika,Goto and Yui. Former H!P members I would that Konno is very pretty
For single best bits Makoto has a stunning smile. Yossie, Goto and Reina have lovely eyes.
Personality wise I would have to say that I find Makoto's personality the most attactive. I also like Yossie,Nono,Kago and Yui personalities.

Wether she looks cute or wether she looks sexy...she always looks good. Face, legs, ass, boobs...maybe not as dynamic as some others, but still nicely packaged. She's what it means to look good in H!P.
Interestingly enough...Ayaka is very close second here. Nice skin-tone. Terrific figure, pretty face. A nice catch for H!P.

this is like a trick question or something...one could argue that they're all beautiful and be telling the truth...and with there being so many of them, it's really almost impossible to narrow it down to just one 'best'... Yossie, if you can look past the usually short hair and all, is seriously beautiful..i could see why someone would choose her as the best looking... both Risa & Reina (while both very pretty now) i feel are gonna be drop dead gorgeous in a few years, say when they're in their early 20's...same with Eri...they haven't fully blossomed yet, and when they do, lord have mercy...although until then, i'd have to say it's a tie between Ayaka & Ayaya

although i am an avid reina/risa/yaguchi lover, id have to say that rika is overall the best looking HP member. She is average or above average in every aspect. She is a pretty normal height, she has a cute face, she has a pretty nice set of breasts (not too big or small) and she has a beautiful body.
in my eyes others surpass her in single things like i think gaki and reina are much cuter and i like that yaguchi is short (im pretty short myself) but rika is just hot...really hot...

Although the 'other girls' I would like personally would be different than yours (especially Sayu of course, but also Maasa and, yes, Reina is definitely growing on me) - I have to say that Rika is the whole package of hotness. I actually just before seeing this thread had posted a comment here (http://forum.jphip.com/showpost.php?p=256679&postcount=4) saying how, although the Indian actress Aishwarya Rai has been said to be the most beautiful woman on earth, I actually believe that Rika is MORE beautiful, but just hasn't (yet?) had the widespread exposure of Aishwarya.
I think Rika would win any beauty contest she entered. (Aishwarya was Miss World... if Rika was fosused on her H!P career, she could do that too!)

Yossi and Eririn are my top 2 girls in H!P, but i wouldn't say they are the prettiest, although there are those times.....u know.:heart:
The best looking would probably either be Mikitty or Rika(to me It's Mikitty just becuz i like her more though). just my opinion.

Complete honesty: Rika Ishikawa, A girl cannot achieve near perfection such as Rika Ishikawa has. There's never been a more perfect girl that I have ever seen in my entire life.
And thats not said lightly, I've been to England, France, Denmark, All provinces and Territories in Canada, 3 States in America, Australia, New Zeland and Japan.
But Rika Ishikawa is about as close to perfect as a girl can get.
