But I want to see them battle... like when Idoling!!! was on HEY HEY HEY with AKB. Idoling made a lot of fans after that episode.

And jk about actual warfare... although a pillow-fight would be cool.

48 against 10 isn't fair imo... but yeah it might happen, AKB management seems to be more open to this kind of stuff... they better get that #1 ... HAIR IS ON THE LINE xDDDDD lol

Non-stop ViVi Natsu promotion = random flight themes

Yukatas

Pedometer Day (each girl had a pedometer on them during the concert and the two with the lowest step count lost)

School Uniforms

Shiohaku (a Tokyo festival sponsored by a Nihon TV)

"24/6" (related to a tv fundraiser)

HMV

Tsutaya

"M&M pics of the week"™

ViVi Natsu Box Set - includes all 12 versions, and as a bonus you get to talk to your favorite member for 5 minutes. It sold out in a few days (just like the box set they did for Shojo Hiko a few months ago). So I guess this is officially the lucky 13th version.

I have a question, are they have theater kouen(公演) like AKB? I watch a clip mention that they did 96 performances in just 2.5 months

They don't have their own theater, they play at different venues and clubs. Lately they have been trying to expand from just being a Tokyo-centric group and have been doing concerts/events in Nagoya and Osaka.

As you mentioned, they do a lot of live shows. They number their concerts (aka "Flights") and kept a list of them from Flight #1 (09/11/17) to Flight #108 (10/12/24). In about 13 months they did 108 concerts. It's no longer updated, but you can check out the list here: http://passpo.jp/biography.html

This is what their concert tickets look like. I think they reset the Flight # count when the new year started.

This month on the weekends they have been doing 3 concerts a day, and during the week they've been doing store appearances at HMV and Tsutaya. This may have contributed to one of the members (Kaho) getting really sick and missing a whole week of activities. After TIF ended a lot of the members have been blogging about how busy this month has been for them, and you can tell they're relieved that they can finally relax a little.

I thought it would sell 50,000 first week, but they did well. (Shojo Hiko sold 42,706. first week)

Those flight ticket is so attractive

Unfortunately I think you have to buy the ticket directly at the concert venue if you want one of the cool ones. I bought my ticket from a reseller and it looked like ^. Practically all concert tickets in Japan look similar to that.

Is it still possible to buy ticket on concert that day? Can you give me further details? Thanks in advance!

edit: Finally, I found the answer for myselt :banghead: It seems can buy the ticket via eplus, pia and even in convenience store XD

^ Based on singles, they're the #1 new-gen™ group. They are pretty close to Idoling. It's a hard comparison, both Shojo Hiko and ViVi Natsu have outsold every Idoling single with the exception of Yarakai Heart, but Idoling is much more established. Not sure about MM. I think j-pop groups like Perfume are in a different category of pop, along with the k groups.

How to get tickets
When I was planning my trip I emailed the group's staff for advice on how to buy a ticket and they said that it is usually possible to buy the ticket at the venue on the day of the concert. While it was true that there were some tickets available that day, they were for the second floor, so it's not really a great option. I'm not going to Japan for second floor seats :P. I used this website to get my ticket:  http://www.fdjp.com/

I want to go back in either October or November. I'd prefer October, but it's Makoto's birthday in November and it would be cool to go to her concert. The 11/19 concert at Shinjuku BLAZE would definitely be her birthday concert (edit: it's Shiori and Sako's birthday in November too, forgot about them XD.)

You right! They are really hard to compare with Idoling!!, but as a new-gen group, I think they can already called succeed.
btw, passpo has been overtook all h!p groups, i know

As you mentioned, that live is "Mako-chan birthday's party", so I'm too confused the ticket will sold out quickly XD
I think get the ticket on the day of the concert is no guarantee ,so I willl try to buy it online first. Anyway, thanks for your info again! :jphip:

October is a good choice, It seems  they will release the 3rd single in late October :P December also a good option I think, i heard they will held Zepp Tour in the year end?

I think it would be possible for you to buy a ticket, they won't sell out immediately. BLAZE has a capacity of 800 people, and they are doing two shows on 11/19 (13:00 and 18:30). Tickets go on sale usually 2-3 weeks before the date. The only problem is some of their shows go on sale 1-2 weeks early for fan club members (PAL☆). That could be a problem if the 11/19 concert is available to the fan club first.
At the Shibuya AX concert I attended, they announced they were doing the Zepp Tour in Osaka, Nagoya, and Tokyo. I don't know what the Zepp tour is though :?.

New items @ their store

PAL☆ Passport                  Official Towel #2

I think the passport is just a souvenir, I don't think it has any purpose. It looks cool though.
