I didn't see a L'Arc thread so I thought I would start one up !

is there any l'arc fans out there ? If so what do you think of their new single  "JyoJyoushi" ?

Personally I think the melody is really great, very soothing, and almost haunting.. I prefer hyde's voice pre-hiatus, but I still like his lyrics in this song. I'm still getting used to it, so I don't know where to rank it amongst the recent singles....

what do you think ?

Jojoushi is a good song, much better than Killing Me, and on the same quality than New World. I like it and the PV..... :w00t: AMAZING.

Ready Steady Go and Blurry Eyes are my favorites from them. I'd love to hear some more of their music.

I was afraid at first, Heaven's Drive being on of my fav songs, I was worried that the P'unk treatment might ruin it, but after I listened to it, I liked it alot.  All of P'unk's songs have been winners in my opinion ^^

Driver's High got me into them - I played it on the school's station back when I was taking broadcasting class.  My all time fave of theirs is Dive to Blue, I love the vocal range and the tempo of the song - and its so radio friendly too!  And Ken is a huge nerd, but he's cool.

that's cool that you played it at school. did it get any response ?
Dive to Blue is awesome, hyde's voice was my fav during that time.

How about fav PV's ?
Niji has some awesome visuals, and Anemone's simplicity is great ^^

Laruku are alright. I've never thought of Hyde as a good vocalist in lives and performances. I have to admit he did well in the recent performances of Jojoushi, though. And the setting was just sweet. :D

I got into them after listening to "Ready Steady Go!", the PV is fun to watch. My favorite song by them would be either As if in a Dream, or Stay Away.

what's that song where in the video where they're in the woods, dressed like those old chinese/japanese fantasy movies, on irc they described it as "journey to the west."

I got into them around the time Niji was released and I absolutely loved them during the Ark and Ray days.  REAL was good but they'd released far too much of it as singles beforehand and it sounded more like a compilation than a real album.

I've been very disappointed with everything they've done since they returned but this has been my favourite song from the newer singles.  Even though parts of it sound somewhat like Kaso.

Forbidden lover is my personal favourite Laruku song.
