I don’t understand Japanese. But here’s what I got from their conversation. In 4:48 Yukirin was talking about Yuko’s pervertness. The host said that Yuko did sekuhara (sexual harassment) . But Yuko then said “It’s not sexual harassment. It’s Skinship”. The host asked “what do you mean (with skinship)?” and then Yuko explained it by touching Haruna who sit next to her.
