They’re for the new concurrencies and transferred members! Though it’s jokingly called the ‘Kashiwagi Rule’ now.

Everyone will participate in AKB’s singles and albums as they have in the past but -

For members who are based in AKB:

. They are to participate in a minimum of one handshake event of their concurrent team’s theater editions. Their participation in Zenkoku Handshake events are up to their own respective schedules. (Or in this case, just Yukirin)

For members who are based in SKE, NMB or HKT:

. They will continue to participate in their original teams’ events and must participate in one or more handshake event (theater edition) with their concurrent teams. Again, their participation in National Handshake events for their concurrent teams will be determined by their schedule.

-If they cannot participate in a theater edition handshake event then they must participate in one or more National Handshake Event.

And then for Rena and Ikoma, it’s the same as the sister group to sister group ones. Except that Rena will have SKE, AKB and Nogi handshakes to do.

You can buy all sorts there, merch, photos etc.

It uses the same login account details as the AKB48 Group Ticket Centre.

I just opened my twitter 5 minutes ago which I just woke up from my nap, and @AKB48WrapUP tweeted that Nikan Sports news reported that a fan was weilding a saw at the event held today and hurt 3 people including two members which are Kawaeii Rina and Irriyama Anna.

The victims were quickly rushed to hospital and the fan was taken into custody quickly.Further details will be released later on..

My personal comment: HTF did that guy got his saw in???!!!

well many reports have said that the weapon in question is not a saw you would see in cutting trees but a smaller one that would probably take care of small branches

At the handshake event of 33rd and 35th singles today, one fan with a sharp object attacked Iriyama Anna, Kawaei Rina and one staff.
They sustained injuries to the hands. At this moment they are being treated at a hospital and the injuries are not life-threatening.

Kawaei and Iriyama were in the same lane when they were attacked. The assailant was in line when he suddenly launched the attack.
We are very sorry about the distress this has caused and we will update their diagnosis when we hear more.

I wasn't going to comment since this is a news thread. But this is just awful news.
Like muppet said. I hope Kawaei and Iriyama are both alright and will recover from any injuries. same for the staff that was hurt.

update: Both received surgery to their right hand (Kawaei's thumb, and Iriyama's little finger)
