If you loved the original pokemon games, you'll probably love the new one!

I only wished I had more time to play :/

Same here. I got sick last week and haven't touched it for a week. Clocked in time for watching Spiderman 3 though.  :P

For Pokemon. I remember I played a few contests, then started onto the next city. Really slow progress.  ;)

I got a DS Lite recently but I have yet to get a touch screen protector.

You guys have any advice or recommendations on what to get?

I'm thinking of getting the Hori Liquid Crystal Filter at the moment, any comments on that?

I don't use one at all, have had my lite for about a year now.  No scratches/screen damage, although one of the actual hinges is damaged from too much time spent in pockets.  Screen is still perfect.

Hey, hand over your geek badge right now D:

I browsed around ze intarwebs some more and the Hori filter should be DA filter. Guess I'll get that one.

Anyway I keep falling asleep playing DS (Soul hunting in Castlevania <3) and Mr. Murphy hates me so I thought I'd protect it as much as possible. xD

I'm absolutely addicted to Picross DS. I thought it was hard with 15 x 15, now I've moved onto 20 x 20!  :dizzy:

Drifting in Mario Kart DS still makes me feel like racing Lucas Black for the hand of Kitagawa Keiko.  WaLuigi > *.

As do a great number of people it seems. This week's all-format chart here in the UK shows that Pokemon Diamond is at No.1, seeing off competition from Transformers and Harry Potter games. It is also the fastest selling DS game ever (though don't know if that is for the UK only, or ever ever).

For a Pokemon virgin like myself, what's the difference between Diamond and Pearl and is it worth the money?

I'm NOT a pokemon virgin, but I have the same question about them being worth their money. Mainly because I've only played the really old school Pokemon games... and I became re-addicted and I'm looking for something to feed that.  :D

Wow, you wern't a fan when it was really big? Like when pokemon red and blue came out for the original gameboy?

The difference is that both games have some different pokemon, so you if you wanted to collect all the pokemon, you'd have to trade, but this has wifi so its now so much easier to trade, and you can battle online too!

For the people who only played the originals, GO GET THIS GAME! All the stuff you wanted to do in the original game, is now in this game.  It's bringing so much oldschool memories back to me, but with all these cool new features. It's amazing, GO GET IT!

^I disagree. I bought Diamond, because I haven't played a Pokemon games since Gold and Silver. But the gameplay just feels tired out. You'll probably enjoy it through a few cities and then lose interest. Nothing really changed. So now instead of scrolling the moves you use the touch screen and their's the Poketch apps, which I feel are useless except for the item finder one. The game needs to be reformulated somehow.

So I've become readdicted to Animal Crossing: Wild World (...what else am I supposed to do on my last week of summer. Seriously). Unfortunately, I have no friends that have the game... So I was hoping I might come across someone here that had it? Anybody? ....someone? My friend code is:
3780-5422-7908.

....And I STILL haven't been able to pick up Pokemon yet. I just don't have 35 bucks to drop right now. Lame.

I finished Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney yesterday, now I'm searching for : Justice for All. (Though, Smegz (the boyfriend who never posts on here. XD) said he'd probably include it with his ooh-so-pretty secret gift for me for my birthday. )

Games I'm currently addicted:
Taiko no Tatsujin (music game fun)
Picross (easy puzzle logically, but still challenging)
