It seems that Commander Miyamoto has recently played the role of Guest Instructor-Officer for the naval cadet trainees (KSS) when it was reported by Corporal Yonemura that she dropped by the base to evaluate their training and gave some pointers and advice on their performance:

The DIY head of department probably was shocked at the similarity in appearance of Yonemura to her former Captain, Yuka and Private 1st class Hasumi Uemura is so strikingly reminiscient of her former team-mate Uemuu:

Its official. Commander Miyamoto Karin have been appointed the guest judge for the KSS cadet trainees' the upcoming Trainee Trials aka Diagnostic Test.

Many wotas online have speculated that management is possibly using her appointment to scout out the Best Trainee performance "Miyamoto Award" winner for J=J's vacant billet left behind due to Juice's Executive Officer's sudden departure from the unit:
