I really like the curl they got in her hair, and her eyes are so beautiful. They seem to stand out more the way they've styled it

I believe those blue marks are "Mongolian Spot".
It's a birthmark most common among East Asians which is most important in childhood and then tend to disappear ... well, I won't quote the entire Wikipedia's article : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mongolian_spot
