Awesome PV! I dig AKB PVs with storylines. The song is pretty nice too especially for a "boring" song. Anyways I wish they would have showed them other girls too. The PV is fucking 6 minutes long and it's all about Jurina, Acchan, Takamina, Tomochin, Haruna & Yuko. It's weird that some super popular girls like Mayu & Mariko got like no screentime

Wow, I was just grinning like an idiot earlier today from Valentine Kiss, and now this brings tears to my eyes. AKB48 is really messing with my emotions today.

Not much of a ballad person, but the PV was amazing.

Yuko was a mom?! O.o kinda weird to picture that now.

But I really liked the views of the girls' lives.

The longer one is apparently 13 minutes long @_@
This one is probably the ~drama~ version and only centers on those 6 members.
Hopefully, the longer one shows everyone.

I love the AKB PV's with epic storylines (Sakura no Hanabiratachi 2008, 10nen Zakura, even Keibetsu Shiteita Aijou to some extent)

Compared to those heavy hitters (one of which almost makes me cry every time), this is decent. I'm looking forward to the full drama version so I have some more background and it has a bit more of an oomph.

EDIT: I just rewatched it and it's more powerful the second time.
Especially noticing that in the first group shot in the chairs under the tree, there is an empty chair.
Then, after they've made Jurina part of the "eternal sakura tree" (I think that's what the lyrics say...), they go to another group shot and Jurina is now sitting in the empty chair ;_;

wow... i really like PV with storyline, and this one have a really good storyline...

the song is not bad for a ballad... and i think its better than sakura no shiori
the downside of this PV is that it only shows 6 girls... where's the other senbatsu members?

This year's 'Sakura song' doesn't disappoint, tears welling up again!! (I'm such a big softie).

The cherry blossom petals in my garden will have a special significance for me this year, as it will be the first time since my introduction to AKB48. I'll be able to look out of the window and think of the girls

I love how BEAT Takeshi just seems really bored all through that- especially after the live clips end!

Didn't believe it would... but yep- made me cry out of nowhere when Jurina was watching Yuko push her kid on the swing... ; ____ ;

I hope the other tracks are awesome!~ If they aren't as awesome as I'm hoping I may only end up buying 1 version... D:

Also- If the longer version doesn't have other senbatsu members in I'll punch someone. (MARIKOOOO?!?)

Meania, I had the same reaction- it looked like Beat Takeshi was bored out of his skull....but he is pretty famous for the deadpan look- He might have been doing pirouettes in his mind, and mouthing silently L-O-V-E Lovely Mariko!! but we would never know by the look on his face.....

Anyone heard anything about the difference between the Limited editions and the normal editions?? For Beginner, I remember it was just the difference of covers and an event ticket or something similar?? Will this probably be the same for Sakura no Ki ni Narou or will there be some sort of special bonus/extra~?
