The words in quotes is probably a phonetic spelling of some place related to Thailand because that’s what I found when using google to search what the hell those words meant together.
Upon further investigation she might be using those words because I think it is supposed to sound like a common Thailand greeting. She is using that greeting to represent Thailand for some reason.

JunJun in a Comedy TV show called 极品死宅 which means High Quality “Difficult,” [or death] Residence. The third character sounds like 私, which means personal. If you replace 死 with 私 the title would be High Quality Personal Residence [Self owned apartment, house]. So, the title is a joke.
