Hitomi's VISUAL WORKS is GOLD. Her PVs are for sure the best PVs ever, in all storyline aspects and technical terms.


The booklet of VISUAL WORKS is cute too. But I hated that I couldn't access that special site without the damn CD single :x I was totally pissed off, as I thought I just needed 1 item to buy :evil:

The new single is called Destiny-太陽の花 and will come with a DVD! For the very first time, a Shimatani’s cd will come with the PV in a DVD. Thanks Avex! The b-side is also a theme song to the TV Tokyo series “Wednesday Mystery” and it’s called Koimizu - tears of love, that Shimatani herself wrote. Is it yet unknown if this song will also have its own PV in the DVD. The release date is set to be at June 7th. Keep tuned to IkiNews for future news!

Hitomi will perform "Elisa no tame ni [Für Elise]~Jounetsu no Hana" with Hakase Tarou & Haketa Takefumi accompaniment on Music Fair 21 show on May 13th! :D



Hakase Tarou is violinist that played on my favorite Nakashima Mika track "Oborozukiyo~Inori"!

Some Brasilian guy on Jpopsuki upped "Destiny" from Black Jack 21 anime opening, it's only 1 minute long, but man, it sounds awesome! I'm so happy avex didn't force her to drop the crossover style :heart:

Shimatani Hitomi will participate in Iwashiro Tarou x Yabe Tatsuya Screen Music Forever concert on November 3rd. Music from such movies as Semi Shigure, Haru no Yuki, SHINOBI, Chi to Hone, Hanada Shounen, Nihon Chinbotsu will be performed. Hitomi will sing Amazing Grace & Akane Sora as a special guest. The other special guest is Sasagawa Miwa and she will sing "Mononokehime".

Crossover 1 did, why not Crossover 2? They also claimed the show was completely sold out, so it's all logical to release a dvd :D

Edit: Special Live "crossover II" DVD to be released on 2006/12/13! (Pre-order @ CDJapan)

However, the bad news is... it costs 5,048 yen @_@ The first "crossover" DVD was only 3,800 :/
