Thats bad. I liked the Show here in Germany. Most reportages are boring and bad commented. His way of describing was very interesting. My main subject in school was biology, so I'm interested in such things.
Here it wasn't in the news yet.

My condolences for his family too.
His wife has to do the animalpark alone yet, thats hard.
I'm not the signature, I'm just cleaning here.

Read this first from a newspaper.  Sad cause stingrays are normally peaceful animals.

A field biologist and conservationist dies while making a wildlife documentary...  It'd be sadder if it wasn't so damn heroic.

Steve, you were a good man, and when the earth is again green with life, your role in public education will have played a large part man's successful stewardship.

RIP Steve Irwin. :(

That's crazy huh, like 16 people in the world were killed this way.

His shows were always fun to watch. What's most disturbing is they probably have recorded footage of his death :o

I hope that footage never gets released >_<   That'd be terrible and unnecessary and extremely painful or even traumatic for his family... It's scary to think that some moron might get access to it and it'd end up widespread on the internet >_

It's not like his family has to watch it if it released. And the video isn't probably anything dramatic... I hope they reveal it someday, since it's a rare way to die and might prevent other accidents like this. You can see much more horrible and traumatic deaths in the news every night.

Unfortunately, a man's death doesn't curb man's inability to remain stupid at all times. I've read in the paper that people are wanting to go and kill the stingray that killed Steve Irwin.

^ Wow... Good luck to the people who are looking for that one stingray:rolleyes:

Seriously though, you can't really blame his death on the stingray. :-|

Yeah, Irwin took the barb out and then he passed out ( which is probablty when he died since the barb went through his heart).  But last time I heard on the news they were trying to get the actual footage?  I would like to see it as well.  I think according to his publicist, Irwin always talked about if he were to die, he'd want it to be doing something crazy with animals.

Can't believe some of you guys actually want to see a person die.. Whatever rocks your boat, I guess, but I'm with Rei-chan, and hope it's never made public.

As much as I wasn't a fan of Steves, he was an Aussie icon, and if a person does leak that footage, he's gonna get lynched.

Yeah I wouldn't watch it either. Just remember that it's not like a TV programme or a movie, that when a character dies you know really, the actor playing them is not physically dead. If you watch the footage of Steve's death, that is him literally dying right before your eyes...

Ok I agree... It might be traumatic to his family if it's released now and every TV channel is showing it. But  personally I don't see anything bad watching it. Seeing the accident doesn't disgrace him or anything.

Just watch the news and you'll see people dying every night.
