There is this trend lately of throwing lightstick/UO's during "Yoake brand new days", and it seems that their management finally speaks out about it, and prohibited such things from happening in the future lives.

I already experienced throws of light sticks during TIF in 2014. It was repeated in 2015, always during the evening groups (Passpo, Up Up Girls,...)
At first I thought it looked cool, but as someone who has been hit by those quite often already, I can only agree with it been idiotic and hurtful. It became a part of evolution in Idol entertainment I am pretty disappointed in. At least those blockheads should restrict themselves to just act like that during groups who allow such things (if there are any), so that casual fans can anticipate it.

I think, according to their website, that they've banned the use of glowsticks/penlights completely, and also jumping and other things:

Seems a shame management need to go to those levels. Guess it's the problem of acts getting bigger and major labels etc.

Can you please elaborate? What connection do you see with major acts, that isn't there with indie groups?
Or do you mean, that only with major acts casual fans are present?

^ Hmm, it's like with BiSH, as soon as they signed to a major label they banned all the crowd activities that BiSH shows were kindof infamous for etc. It seems to me either a thing major labels enforce upon acts. Or maybe, just in general, it seems to me that the "larger" an act, the more control over crowd behaviour there is etc. Eg/AKB is the largest and they have the most strict crowd behaviour rules, (although, they still allow LCD penlights but not chemical glowsticks).

I see what you mean. Especially in the case of BiSH it is really contradicting - first allowing crowd activities (to gather people), but then probibiting it. The influence of the major lable could be a decisive factor here, for the sake of not alienating casual fans and families. It seems they also want to establish the traditional sense of "Idol", like AKB.
I can not really blame them in the case of Babyraids and the like though, as these groups never encouraged that behaviour. But I agree it is overboarding to even prohibit acts like lifting. I think the throwing of light sticks was just too extreme. Other major idol groups aren't that strict and adjusted to the new reality.

They sing yoake brand new days again after the "banning" incident and this time no lightstick throwing (well it's indoor venue anyways so easier to manage/secure). So the management got what they wanted, and reduced the ammount of "pinchike's , but i feel the live atmosphere is a bit different than usual lol.

Streaming the Emotional Idorock festival throughout this weekend lol, although mostly i only watched the normal babyraids performance (without the collaboration). And most of these performances are accompanied by a LIVE  BAND also, so that is awesome!

Just now I read the tweet from Manatsu's twitter that they're appearing in a special tv show in abema tv, but I can't watch it because it's Japan restricted only,
Any ideas of how to watch it? or perhaps are there any place I can watch it later?
