YakyuShop.com has Shirts, caps, and other Japanese Baseball related stuff...

They don't seem to be authentic. It's like the shop makes it themselves. :?

and of course, you can tell that just from looking at the pictures, right ???

Distribution of Japanese pro baseball jerseys and caps is very limited - each team decides what it will make available through a very small number of retail outlets. Some teams have online stores, but they generally don't ship overseas, they don't deal in English, and some sites won't even accept credit cards, believe it or not.

What this means, of course, is that we have to work hard to obtain the products we sell. Some items are easier to obtain than others, and from time to time certain styles or sizes may be unavailable, but we will do our best to provide all the products as listed on our site.
.....

We guarantee that all our products are licensed by the respective teams. Unlike one major online store (which should know better), we do not offer products with pirated logos. Our products are the real deal.

 :)

Very solid construction, almost like authentics.

Sorry, I phrased my phrase badly and I guess I read wrong. Their licensed replicas. (Not sarcasm)
Maybe I don't know enough about jerseys to know the difference between authentic and replica.  :(

I read the stuff, and it seems like you can also order the authentics from them (at an obviously more expensive price).

yeah, and the worst part is that both original AND replicas are probably made by the same workers in the same factory somewhere in Thaïland...  but yet, original will cost  twice as a replica...  :x

EDIT: Heck !!! Disn't see that this shops offers jerseys personalization too !!!!       Damn !!! maybe i'll ask for a Rakuten one with n°10  on front and "FUJIMOTO" written in the back !!!!!  :w00t:  :w00t:  :w00t:  :w00t:

I don't know about authentic jerseys, but the authentic caps are fitted so I like those better. It's like 100+ USD though :o I like the eagles cap design.

It's about the same in America for American sports team jerseys. Don't know how it is elsewhere.

I read in a Japanese sports tabloid that Rakuten was in the woes of an eleven-game losing streak.

Expansion woes.  I wonder how Manager Tao is taking the news of Yaguchi's departure...

I dunno. Wonder how he feels now that he won't have the benefit of Rika coming to pump up the team?

They could always re-play the video footage from the previous time the girls were at the stadium...I guess.  Not the same, I know.  At least it's something.  And we still have to remember that there'll still be 8 other girls still present to help "pump up" the team.   :P  :P  :P

Pretty damn BUMMED.

Or at least that SHOULD be his reaction.

Was that him at Music Station.  He looked pretty dumbfounded at watching that performance, including the hip thrusts of Rika that resembled softcore porno at best!

So MoMusu were there pimping the Rakuten loser team yesterday (before the game against Giants, I think?) Again they performed Manpower, first time without Rika. It's not known who took her part, but apparently it is lipsynched so her voice could still be there.

Here's a terrible 30 second video rip recorded by one of the audience there, I think. You can hear a dude yelling Yossi's name in the middle.

Ugh.. should I post this in the Crapola instead?

The Daily Yomiuri reviews the upcoming Pacific League season, including our beloved Golden Eagles.

I had no idea that Nomura was picked to manage the worst team in NPB.  Not sure if he can remain relevant at his advanced age (isn't he in his mid-60s?).

I loved this quote:

Quote from: The Daily Yomiuri
After months of Katsuya Nomura's bad-mouthing everyone he thinks is below him in the hierarchy of baseball knowledge--meaning everyone else in the game--one can only hope the Eagles do so badly Nomura will shut his mouth forever

BTW, is he still married to Sachiyo, the WORST talento ever?!

#10 is for the mascot and fans.  As in "10th player". (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rakuten_Golden_Eagles)
That's why you see the H!P girls wearing #10 jerseys in their pics.
