drama is good.... until u see ppl chopping onions for 1 month then debut as a jpop band. AND before they could even release the song, a scandal crushed them.

sooooooooooooo stupid.

I think the drama was going well till that whole scandal thing was put into the plot. I think it just drags the drama down a bit. It would be more heart warming without all this extra issues.

Can someone confirm that there are 11 episodes? I watched episode 9 and at the end, the next episode previews had a "last episode" label on it. Is wiki wrong? :D
But the more the better eh.

It looks like 10 is the last episode. I even went to the official site to see the previews and looks like 10 is it for the series. Can't wait for 10 to come out and see what happens.

Watched the first ep only, doesn't seem too interesting so I didn't watch the rest, more interested in watching the movie instead.

That's kinda like, not finding the first 10 sentences of a book very interesting.  Or, not finding the cover very interesting.  Man, I should take my own advice once in a while.

Zomg, this ending was leet.  Just watch it, seriously.  Takayuki is a pimp, I got mad respect for that guy - so quiet and humble, and still to be able to perform as well as he does.  I think I'm gonna watch Waterboys now just to see some older stuff (and to see how it compares to the movie.).  And Sawajiri?  Damn, she's so fine.  Always brings a tear to my eye.

In a sense hard to compare a Drama to a MOvie as.. a Movie is well 'limited' in Duration whereas a Drama you can sort of 'extend' it due to episodes so there is a lot of 'filler/fluff' that can make the drama better/worse compared to the movie... I have yet to finish the last 2 episodes as I only watch the HardSubs not Soft.

this dorama is great! its really touching.. I also love the movie that played by YUI. oh, the ost is great too.. I especially love 'Taiyou no Uta' sung Sawajiri Erika herself. The single came out under the name of Amane Kaoru :D
