Corporal Endo looks like a splitting image of Riai when she was a young trainee Corporal herself:

And apparently, Akaringo (as Ichika called her) placed 6th in last year's Hokkaido Classic Ballet Competition

Not only does she has an assigned Training Officer in 2nd Lieutenant Matsunaga, Akaringo also has a designated mentor in Staff Sergeant Arisawa:
