Wow, I love it. There's so many little details.
The amount of attention paid to their poses is so good that you can tell quite a bit of effort an research was put into it.

Their faces are based on their 2ch AA (ascii art) faces.
From left to right:

There's a lot of things that line up with the original painting in terms of the poses, but I thought Fukuchan and Eripon's positions were the most interesting.
Fukuchan seems to be taking the place of both Peter and Judas in the original by Leonardo da Vinci, while Eripon has John's position.
According to the wiki article on the painting, Judas "is clutching a small bag, perhaps signifying the silver given to him as payment to betray Jesus, or perhaps a reference to his role within the 12 disciples as treasurer... Peter looks angry and is holding a knife pointed away from Christ, perhaps foreshadowing his violent reaction in Gethsemane during Jesus' arrest. The youngest apostle, John, appears to swoon."
Eripon's position next to Gaki makes sense as John was the "most unquestioningly devoted of the apostles" and Eripon has shown similar devotion to Gaki by buying her birthday photos and T-shirt.
They also are frequently paired together on 2ch as being a close boke-tsukkomi pair.
However, Fukuchan's position as Judas raises some quesitons.
Is Fukuchan the treasurer because of her wealthy family background?
Is she in Judas's place because she might betray the leader for Berryz?
Is that a knife in back of her and if so, who is holding the knife and why?
Or maybe she's just there just to line up with Eripon next to her?
