So there's a big Sony conference going on right now at E3.

These pictures are NOT confirmed as the real deal, so take them with a grain of salt. It is worth noting, however, that the ports on the back of the third pic do match up with the official specs.

So basically what this means is the damn this does 2 teraflops (versus the XBox360's 1TFlop), has built in support for wifi, ethernet, and 7 wireless Bluetooth controllers, 2x1080p HD outpout (omfg), and has a detatchable 2.5" harddrive (w00t!). More details as they emerge.

Damn, looking sexy. At least it looks a lot better than PS2's first large model. That thing was just ugly. I've been a faithful Sony boy for 8 years...can't wait until the PS3 comes out. Bill Gates is an idiot for wanting to release Halo 3 on PS3's launch. We all know that it's gonna get overshadowed.

Look at all those specs. I'm so lost...

How many bits of graphics will it be? 360? Or does it even matter anymore...-_-;

According to MDN (http://mdn.mainichi.co.jp/news/20050517p2a00m0ds007001c.html) the PS3 will launch 'under 50,000 yen' - or around $500US.

A little pricier than the first two at launch, but not by much.

I'll just wait till it's $150 like I did with the first two.

Take that with a grain of salt, though. It's only a rough estimate. I remember people saying that the PS2 was going to be $400 when it was first unveiled. I don't think the PS3 will be any higher than $350.

I find that design kinda ugly and barbeque grill like.
The joystick could really be a vibrator. I just hope it plays better than it looks.
